Treebo Maharaja, Near Mall Road

Hotel was amazing, Room was clean and good. Hotel staff were good behave and we'll mannered.Overall stay was very good.

The breakfast was good. Staffs were cordial.

We booked delux room but they said it was sold out even after payment of advance amount and at the same price we had to stay at ordinary room at the back side.

Only 1 towel. No toilet paper. No toiletries which they claim to provide. For the price id expect better amenities. Was disappointed. Also they called us 4 times asking questions and even knocked on the door twice. I did t appreciate them bugging me all the time when i didnt ask for it. I wouldnt stay here again

Hood hotel with excellent service and great value of money. View was amazing from our room. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Mall road was walkable distance from here.Overall great experienced here. We stay here again.

Pleasant stay in comfortable room with valley view, conveniently located five minutes walk from the Mall in a quiet street. Mind, if one arrives by car, you need a porter to carry your luggage up some steep stairs. Upon leaving one of the hotel staff was helpful in assisting us with this.Complimentary breakfast.

A few electric sockets were not working, and drain from the sink was disconnected. Limited number of channels on the TV.

I did’nt find it worth it

The bathroom was dirty . Also the handwashing dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very basic no fruits or sprouts on the menu

The place was well located and very close to the mall road. Also the staff was very helpful and well mannered, they were very soft spoken and prompt to all our requests. I would highly recommend the hotel to any visitor/tourist in manali. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms were good , but the extra blanket was a bit burnt from the sides with some stains on it. Rest all was good. I would suggest to book this hotel directly from treebo club rather than Booking.com as the price difference was huge and I wasn't aware about beforehand thus loosing some money

As per the many reviews property is over to heighted point where you have to go via walk which was not informed earlier.no cabs can go at suck location reception is situated at 5th floor. No persons were coming for room cleaning.Tea bags & milk powder which was provided was expiry.Repeatedly asked them for two days for toiletries which was again not provided.

Nothing at all wont recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Shimla.

This is worst hotel to stay in Shimla, Poor Location,do not treat customers well.Customer requestes are refused.B'Fast was not good, since restaurant is on 5th Floor & Kitchen is on 1st Floor, Food gets cold during transport from Kitchen to restaurant.Also serving of food by hotel staff is not hygienic (no proper use of hand glove or usage of mask).Rooms are freezing cold with no extra blanket provided.

Polite Staff, Good Food, Good Service

Location is difficult to reach and having very steep walking road to reach, difficult for aged people.

Roons are so good. But no sleepers no shampoo and no wiper provided due to this room becomes messy. Also we paid for view and we did not get it. It's restrained. And we only want view they will not provide clear photo of every room only show good part.

Staff commitment and they lie and did not fulfill there promise.
