The staff was polite. One thing I like about this place is, it offers very good view, also it's close to mall road.
It was a great experience and It is a decent hotel with clean room and very good food. One of the best hotel in shimla i can say. The hotel is near to mall road which is the main location in shimla. Hotel ia just 1 KM from the railway station. Staff was very helpfull in term of services and behavior. I highly recommend.
The staff was very friendly and available 24*7 for any kind of assistance. View from the room was also nice, good stay.
Not a good place to stay for family or couples.
Hotel is situated in tight bylanes of Simla and is really very difficult to locate and reach hotel by taxi or own vehicle ,very compact rooms and pathetic food.
The breakfast was a waste of money. They served cold refrigerated sandwiches and when asked to get those heated, they said it can't be done. And then when we said we didn't consumed those and would not pay for it, we were told that the waiter has to be pay, if we didn't. It was very rude and wrong behaviour from the hotel staff.
I stayed one day less. Pls refund
