Location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. 24 hour warm water in such cold weather was available.

Room service was restricted only between 7 am and 10.30 pm. No facility for chauffeur / drivers. Car parking facility only for self driven vehicles. It is better suited for family vacation than a couple vacation

Great location, right off the highway. Ample parking space. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff.

The food was exorbitantly priced and overspiced at all times. Did not meet our expectations at all. The bathroom was very smelly with poor ventilation. Almost no activities to indulge in. Pool / Jaccuzi / pool table all paid. Breakfast was average with the staff lacking experience.

I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. They upgraded one room to staying together. The rooms were clean, spacious and had a comfortable stay and the hotel staff were good and very cooperative. The restaurant and breakfast was really good.

I travelled with my pug pet. They charged us ~2500 INR per night for pet. It’s half of the price of the room. While extra child bed was 1000 inr, the pet charges was double and extravagant. Please check the pet charges if travelling with pet.

Excellent hospitality, hill view, Good parking space , Food, The property has a good number of well trained professonal staff to make the stay very comfortable. The room was huge with a wall sized Glass window giving the full view of the valley snd snow clad peaks..

Food, Charges for Pool which is free in every 4star and 5 star property, spa service very dissapointing, staff behaviour. Overall service is third class equivalent to 2 to 3 star resort.

The room was smelly as it was adjacent to the hotel's water treatment plant. The foul smell was strong, especially during the late night.

Not Value for money.. food is pathetic specially lunch and dinner.. buffet cost is way high for this kind of food they are offering.. property is not well mainted.. staff also not helpful

Over priced + Spa and wellness facility was not at par the receptionist was not available most of times.Over priced, almost every activity was chargeable.

Food in lunch and Dinner is only really good - loved it.....

The only good part in the property was it's breakfast.

Entire property, Room facilities, location, traffic, suffocation, internet, beds, traveling route, surrounding, too much smell on their deck in front of the restaurant.

Quality of food was just ok, I tried pan cakes, dosa etc.

The location was accessible and the room size was fine.

The property did not have a proper lawn space and the activities were all paid. So overall there was nothing to do during the stay. The breakfast did not offer much variety or service. The washrooms were smelly.
