Honest staff can say the same for current management.

Facilities such as the 360 degree bar was not available due to staffing issues due to a function requiring additional staff.Window blinds not working in one of our two rooms.Items missing from in room seems pre-preparation waa rushed.Manager on the day didn't seem interested in our issues or concerns.Crack bathroom shower floor tiles around drainage point area of concern as it presents a dirt trap.Compared to my past visits this one was very below standards bring back Mrs Angali when she was manager you knew you were in for a pleasant stay.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The food was amazing and the revolving restaurant was the highlight. Had a great experience.

No value of money, untrained staff and average food quality.

The staff has not been trained properly.They don't have understanding of their own Hotel facilities while the guest check-in.Secondly, in the room facility they are not aware which room is city facing and which has a mountain view. On our check-in we were told room has partial mountain view but I guess they don't have much idea what does it mean when they say Partial.Food quality was an average one. The food was not hot and very salty. On special cooking requests there was no consideration.

Breakfast had a good variety. They had live stations for eggs and dosa which was nice. North Indian breakfast was better.

Breakfast breads were hard as a stone. Sambar was terrible.

The location is perfect.!And the staff was courteous.

Can have a swimming pool and kids play zone should be bigger.

Too expensive for the area. You can get a 2 bedroom apartment for a month for the same price that they charge for just 2 days for a room

Suggestion - Hotel can organise recreational activities in evening as their is not much to explore or do in palampur. Maybe music night, tambola etc. This can make a comfortable stay at hotel a more of a fun family stay.

Well located . Great food options and quality . Plenty to do at the property . Well trained staff

Rooms could be made more airy . Furnishings are somewhat dated . Gym timings could be extended .

The food was good

My wife is allergic to egg, after making many requests and confirming again and again that the ordered food does not contain egg, we still got food with egg in it and my wife suffered the allergic symptoms the whole night ( stomach pain )

absolutely stunning property considering the remote location. The staff were incredible, so warm, welcoming and very quick to resolve any issue or answer any question we had. the food and hotel service was incredible

my only slight complaint was the elevator type music that plays in hallways was a little load one morning but this was rapidly resolved
