AC Hotel Elda

We arrived to do a bicycle event and the Staff, particularly Ana, was very helpful and spoke good English to help us store our bicycles and get us checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There water pressure in the shower wasn't strong.

Parking was a little difficult to find

Comfortable hotel, although the reception area much nicer than the actual rooms.

Continental breakfast only, no hot food. Pastries were hard and stale! When paying €13 for continental option only you’d expect good quality and fresh food. No staff around to tell either!

Ideal situation for what we wanted to do.

Breakfast was quite disappointing. A very corporate room, with tables set for 8 people. As only 2 of us, would have preferred smaller tables. The food offer was very basic. We don't have a problem with a continental breakfast. But a hot option of maybe scrambled eggs would have been nice.

The hotel is on the lower end of equipment for the Mariott brand but still has decent facilities and comfortable rooms.

The restaurant is serving terrible food for a pretty high price tag. I can not believe that in a 4-star hotel, that's the best you can do.

Clean, modern & smart. Good service etc…. and in terms of Elda it was a good location

Friendly efficient receptionist and restaurant staff. Room clean, lovely bathroom for accessibity needs.

Awkward to find parking underground but managed.Evening meal in restaurant was marred by a family with 2 noisy shrieking toddlers who were allowed to race around shrieking, encouraged by parents who did nothing to calm them. Our waiter was very embarrassed about the row..he could hardly hear us speak! I am a Grandma so I understand children need a bit of slack, but would have been ashamed of them if they were mine and would have taken them out of dining area.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean and modern

The breakfast was very basic. Not much choice The bar was not open in the evening at 7pm. We were told it opened at 8.30pm but was closed when we returned at 11pm

Room smelt of smoke, plug socket by the bed was broken. pillows way to big. Hotel wasn't value for money compared to other hotels near by

My son Barry Caulfield booked appartment in elda with you. Taxi driver could not find address. Link kept sending us to wrong one. 11pm. We had to book into hotel which cost 150euro. The following morning my son located appartment having to inquire from a lot of people. Very disappointed. Breda Caulfield.

Rooms & bathrooms were nice and clean and modern, good hair dryer.

Dinner at restaurant outside wasn't the best but other than that everything was good

No kettle or coffee/tea inside the room., Resturant inside the hotel was closed on a Friday, I will rate this 3 stars hotel not 4.
