The Resort has an excellent location, the property of the resort is excellent too.The staff right from housekeeping to restaurant staff are very good in hospitality.The Management staff including front desk executives are very supporting and helpful.They were super helpful in very cold conditions with very heavy snowfall.

It would be nice if there were sound proof rooms ..there was some music band going on and lots of music into the room

Breakfast and dinner were amazing. A big thank you to the kitchen staffs especially the manager of the restaurant Mann Thakur. Thank you to Nitin Sharma and Aryan for the great customer service. Everyday food was amazing as different menus were available. They have looked after my 7-year-old food requirements beyond my expectations to be honest.

Hotel room was not that clean enough despite advising them months in advance that my child is on high allergy level for dust and hay fever. The owner of the hotel was very hard working, always on her feet but sorry to say her daughter will not even say Hi to you or even smile at you despite working at the hotel. I didn't find that quite welcoming to be honest!

Rooms staff and food is awesome. Beautiful location and exotic place to stay and chill with family

Internet and wifi was a big issue

This is a lovely place. Garden is so pleasant, you can just spend hours there. Right on the river. Great views. Food was really good. Service was great. Highly recommend!

Manu the F& B manager was awesome, so was Prem , Ankita and the other staff there, breakfast needed some morevariety, but was good. some dry fruits, some more variety would have been welcome

its a slightly older property, needs more maintenance, that said everything was indeed speck clean

We booked Allure Grand by looking its view from room and Garden outside as we have kids We got Amazing view of snow capped mountains from our vally view rooms as well as river viewGardens were good and well maintained and mine 5 year old kid spent more time playing over there then in roomMoreover both Restaurent server good food with great view. Resort arrange bon fire and live music as well Service is exceptionally good with everyone trying to make our stay memorable .

This hotel is little far from mall road. If would be a great help to tourist if shuttle with some resonable charge can be provided to mall road. Auto and taxi take around 200/300 one side and that too you need to walk till nearby village

Ambience, location,staff, room size everything is excellent.

Only improvement area for them is food. Although they have all kinds of food but its taste should be better

We stayed in a few different rooms during our trip to Manali. We loved the hotel so didn't mind hopping around abit (word of advice book in advance!). Rooms 312 and 314 were the best by far due to the view, I have no doubt all rooms are done to a similar standard its just these two benefit from being dual aspect (312) and have a large window next to the bed (314) looking at the river and the mountains... and my gosh the views are worth writing about. We arrived at night and when we opened the blinds in the morning it was wow wow wow! Both rooms (i think all rooms) also benefited from having a balcony and the sounds of nature particularly in the mornings was very relaxing. The facilities are a much higher standard than you normally get in India, hence the price. The evening buffets are varied, extensive and very enjoyable. Other things that stuck out were the games room, the place was exceptionally clean, it had awesome showers, beautiful comfortable bed linen and great staff (personal favourites were the two younger members of staff who work on reception kudos to you guys sorry we didn't catch your names). I would have given a 10 out of 10 but my last night I stayed in room 111... avoid this one unless you're a heavy sleeper... you are right next to reception and you hear every ping on a phone, conversation, room service call etc.

This is a riverside property, one of the good available properties in Manali, but room rates are high considering the property. 3* rating can be offered, not in the range of 4*. Breakfast and dinner buffet items should be improved, especially for dinner buffet, very limited items against the amount they are charging. Room offered to us specious and clean, services they offered also good?

The location of the resort is exceptional, the views from the room are as if you are staying in the mountains itself, the warmth and hospitality of the staff makes you feel you have known these people for ages. It is a dream vacation for anyone

Courteous staff who understand customer needs and tries to provide these services with best resources avaliable with them

Food quality and taste was poor, I had booked an all inclusive CEP package for which I paid approx 6k extra for 2 days and then during dinner time staff asked me to order a la carte as occupancy was low. After some time staff says selected menu item can’t be given in a la carte for all inclusive menu. This id ridiculous, after paying more than the direct cost for food at venue still services and food not up to mark for food.

Location is superb and staff is polite as well.

Was not value for money as per the rent. Food was not that much good

Located on Manali highway and on Banks of Beas river. Lots of space outside hotel building where you can spend quality time.

It was very peaceful and staff was very courteous and helpful. For travel they had provided us with a package which cheaper than outside and I would recommend to book cars for your trips from Hotels itself. I was very happy overall with the stay.

Only the drawback I felt was that public transport was not really accessible.

Stayed in Rohtang suite for a week. The view from the room is amazing. Also, the property has picturesque view from all the common areas like the outdoor lawns, Games area and the restaurant. The hotel owners/partners are very warm and Helpful.

restaurant served nice buffet . outdoor area is really inviting and cozy. Service was awesome we had leave early like 5am and they packed breakfast for us, unexpected but pleasant gesture
