Bravia Hotel Manali Inn

First & foremost most of facilities are not available & under construction also look dirty in front of the hotel. Though there is no information on this in booking.com. They charge heavily for 4 star hotel with most of the facilities not available except bar. Family room allocated to us was very dirty with bath tubs broken & with out cleaning. Most terrible thing was our hotel room was not locked for a day as door lock was damaged & staffs initial response was poor. We had worst experience. Hotel front is also like a slum area and photos shown in booking.com and online don’t match the actual condition.

Staff, and food is absolutely fab. You won't have to wait more than 2-5 minutes once you asked the staff about anything.

Parking. This is not what is shown in pictures. Could have been better

The Manager Mr.Ravinder has been so helpful and showing real concern about the guests' comfortable stay.We will continue to come there as long as this manager is with this hotel.

Complimentary breakfast items need to be added,though.

Liked the location. The rooms. The garden. The stalls. Overall all was good

Hotel is well located on the main highway, not very far from the shopping area. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Quality of food was good.

Courteous & supportive Staff. Fairly good choices in the breakfast for tourists. Best possible support for early check in. Meals reasonably priced. Overall good value for money

Lighting in the aisles need to be improved

Cleanliness was of very low standard, food quality was below average and overall the hotel is very old and shabby.

only good thing is the breakfast

it will not give u 4 star hotel feeling.rooms almirahs were not cleaned. bar is only till 10 pm.no private parking. i parked my car on road.washroom shampoo and other things were used on the day i came.

The staff was very helpful and polite with their responsibilities especially their manager Mr.Thakur.

Everything was very much good except of wifi speed

Property is really good, very comfortable stay, Rooms were neat and clean and properly organized. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The food was awesome. It was a wonderful stay and i will definitely recommend this property to everyone who are planning to visit Manali.

I asked them about my driver accommodation they said they have it. It was stinking and worst in condition. Even my room was stinking. Washroom wasn’t clean at all. Someone dint do flesh. Worst ever experience I had.

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY DELICIOUS. VERY NICE LOCATION WITH AWESOME VIEW. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRINDLY, COOPERATIVE AND WELL GROOMED. THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND ALL COVID PROTOCOLS WERE FOLLOWED. THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WARM TO US.

Just made my trip a very beautiful memory ❤️❤️Staff is very polite and hospitable, rooms are super nice and clean.. location is so beautiful with greenery around, food and service is top class ..i definitely had the best few days at this gorgeous hotel. Thanks to the whole team for taking such good care of me.?

Excellent location, amenities, room comfort, and responsive staff. Food could be better, especially breakfast should have more variety.

Location of the hotel was little far from mall road but its good to go. Hotel cleanliness is good food was okay and some how staff is less for the season.
