Simple things like a bottle of water took an hour or two at times to get delivered.

Very poor
I stayed 2 night in this hotel. Room was dirty (we called the staff for clean), food is disgusting (all menu is not available), kitchen is empty, need to ask for towel and shower gel.
Slightly away from old Manali, so the surrounding was calm & peacefull. Location & view from room was awesome. The food was delicious. Its nice to spend some time in hotel's garden area. Also they arrange bonfire at night & taking dinner around bonfire in garden will be good experiance.
Floor looked clean, but somehow our feet always got dusty in room & left stains in washroom. Except that everything was exceptional.
The location of the property is out of the world. It seems far but is very close to the town. Perfect stay & Amazing Hospitality. Homely and tasty breakfast.

Electricity and thus heat was often out with the back-up generator not able to cope.
The rooms had a balcony with an amazing view. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city which we enjoyed. Food was amazing and the staff was very polite and forthcoming. Deepak the manager is very helpful.
As is some 3kms away from the market area, its better if you have your own vehicle, else taking a rickshaw sometimes become a challenge. But the location is nice as not located in the crowded market area.
