Amazing food, hospitality and the view from suite

A very homely hotel in a good location. Opened in 2002, it's a bit dated, but excellent service in all departments 24 x 7. I was in touch with Sanjeev Thakur and Aman Thakur even before checking into the hotel. Khovindra and Neha at the front desk, with eternal smiles, helped me check in efficiently. Was upgraded to one of their better rooms on request.The room size was enormous and comfortable with a balcony overseeing the main road and the Beas river. Constant sound from the water gushing in the river is both calming and healing. I had opted for a MAP with breakfast and dinner included in my plan. Breakfast buffet was good and filling, though the choices were pretty limited. Dinner was served in buffet based on occupancy. But overall dining experience was good with friendly staff available for any request.Yashpal at the bar was helpful and efficient.Parking was available and safe. Separate accommodation was available for my driver. Overall an excellent experience. Would love to come back again.

The hotel faces the NH3 and at times, the noise from passing vehicles becomes quite unbearable. Though parking is available, it becomes very congested on high occupancy. It takes time for hot water to reach the bathroom since the water heater is located in the far end of the building. You need to keep the tap running for 5 minutes before getting hot water. Cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Food was amazing. Special thanks to Sikander Singh and Mr. Mohan for being an amazing host at the restaurant.

Hotel can work a little more on the lighting in rooms. Could add some cooler and brighter colour.

The main USP of the hotel is its view. It is located quite close to the mall around 5 mins. drive. It has a lovely garden too.

The carpets and the curtains of the rooms need a makeover.

My recent stay at Renest river country resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and a complimentary beverage. The room was spacious, immaculately clean,The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, Dining at the hotel was a gourmet experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of optionsThe service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. My stay at the Renest River Country was an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend to anyone

the only signigicant issue was lift. it was frequently out of order, causing inconvenienceI hope the management can address this problem soon to improve the overall guest experience

Location of the property is good.

Lot of noise from back side of the property.Windows and doors to be sound proof.

Amazing service, very nice food, especially a'la cart. Very friendly staff. The duplex room is very good for a family of 4.

It is by the highway. At times it gets very noisy, and no place to walk around. Treadmill in the gym was not functional.

The room wasn't clean when you paid attention, debris here and there under the table, cigarette buds in the balcony, etc. But the bed and bath were all clean and well maintained.

The room was very spacious. The location is brilliant, from where you can see the snow capped mountains. We got 2 big balcony rooms. Their staff is extremely courteous, extremely proactive and very helpful. They are available at the drop of a hat. The quality of food I was extremely good too.

The staff is great, they speak very politely and are always ready to help out. The food is excellent.

The cleanliness isn’t the best. Carpets stained and the corridors smell of food all the time.

I would like to put on record a special mention to the manager, Sumit, who went out of his way to make us comfortable and understood exactly what we had in mind for a comfortable and leisure family holiday. It was only because of him that the stay in the hotel will deserve all the credit I give. Thank you again

I came during a time when there was torrential downpours and road collapses . My driver wasn’t able to make it to the hotel but the hotel staff came through difficult conditions to get me and carried my luggage a distance to their vehicle. Once there I was treated like a king. The general manager was great and we had great discussions. His staff was very nice and helpful and you can tell they as well respect him very much . Big shout out to Vijay, thanks my man ha ha . To you all, thanks for a memorable stay !!!

The location was good, the staff, especially in the breakfast restaurant and in the garden pub were very friendly. The Renest is fine - we would go there again.

The whole Manali 'Valley of Gods' is extremely dirty, everywhere. It needs a proper clean-up, and a plan to keep it clean. Road driving is shockingly reckless, and drivers are continuously honking in this beautiful town of the Himalayas, where one would expect some sense of respect for nature. Soon, no more international tourists will come, because of the omnipresent dirt and the noise.

Friendly staff.. very helpful and also gave us the right guidance about the nearby places.. very courteous and eager to help the guests.. very nice location.. right on the highway and very close to Mall road.

Our stay during the family trip to Manali was amazing! All thanks to Renest, from the moment I stepped into the hotel along with my family, the service provided to us was on point. The staff was polite and caring, they made sure we had all what we needed. The family suite we stayed in was very comfortable and neat along with the beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel staff had done towel art on one of the beds when we had given the room for cleaning by which my younger daughter (9 years old) was fascinated, and requested for it to be done on her bed as well, the staff very happily did that which made the experience for our younger daughter even more pleasant. The food throughout our stay was delicious, from pancakes and eggs at breakfast to spaghetti and desserts for dinner along with a lot more options, the multi cuisine food provided was perfectly cooked. The live music night and activity zone where one could play snooker, carrom board and table tennis was another wonderful added experience.Overall we had a wonderful experience at the property and would love to stay at another renest property soon.
