Save your money and avoid this property.

I have booking with Alps resort in January 2022. Due to snowfall we were not able to reach the hotel. Hotel was not able to arrange the car to help us reach hotel, so we i have take another hotel in Banikhet at extra cost. I will suggest avoid this hotel in December to February. As is there is snow you will money will wasted. Upon reaching to the hotel to refund my 3k there is no response from their side. Reception is non responsive after you pay your advance. There is no call or message from property to update about weather conditions.Save your money and avoid this property.

This property is beautiful and is packed with all amenities. the room heaters are big and good. Geysers are good and give hot water in no time. the rooms are beautiful. The garden is also good. The food in the resort is tasty and there is huge variety. They also have parking and they provide dormitory and food for drivers. Pawan Kumar and Dilip bhaiya helped us a lot. all other staff is courteous and well behaved. Overall this resort is comfortable, has good view, good food, clean and has nearly all facilities.

There was a short circuit in my room due to which I had to switch rooms.

Its ambience is good but staff is not customer centric not helping at all

Everything you have to ask for like towels, toiletries , bathroom slipper, etc they will not provide anything at all

Only some green areas around property.

Rooms were not good n clean, wash room was filthy, no view, paid extra for dinner charges even we had half board(they charged for starters), no buffet was serviced during breakfast and dinner which they suppose to provide as per booking.com, electricity was out for more than 3hrs, wifi connection was bad.

bad experience

dirty rooms, smelly wash rooms, not good location

Hills view from property very good, food preparation were amazing, they served whatever we want and any time any thing,we were 12 members, really enjoyed this trip.everything perfect only they have to renovate room furniture.thanks
