Excellent property with wonderful view Outstanding service specially the staff in restaurant- Hospitality from Mr Vijay was exceptional. He attended to very minute requirements during our meals at their restaurant. Hotel is at walking distance to Gandhi chowk market. Heating machine given in the room was a bliss. Cleanliness at its best. Located on thandi sadak which is thrilling Dalhousie experience.

Everything was average. Rooms very ok size wise. View was overrated, food was so so, Staff behaviour was good at the restaurant but front staff were quite slow in checkin and checkout. Location is good and walkable to main market and mall road.

The property is a mid budget property, good location. For its price, it’s good value for money. Don’t expect luxury, it’s priced at budget travellers. However, I stayed only 1 night as the other hotel was not available for that night. My stay wS comfortable and the customer service was excellent.

Everything is good about the hotel, reception service was awesome, Breakfast buffet was adorable and the room service was up to the standard, Also I want o mention the waiter staff ( Sunny Sharma team) did excellent job during our stay

I like the welcoming behavior of the hotel staff, and the location, breakfast was also good and sunny sharma is doing great job i like the way he treats guest and he is so humble, also the joshi ji who handel our luggage was so humble

The staff was very friendly and ready to help anytime.Recommendations: Ideal for a relaxing stay with good food and comfortable rooms, this place appears to be quite accommodating for travelers.We were in communication with Munish Sharma from the hotel from the very beginning. He ensured that our services were impeccable, assisted us with our travel plans, and made sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dalhousie, but if we had to mention something, about the game room to have the centralized heater to keep the room warm. However, everything else more than made up for it, and we had a fantastic time overall

The hotel had an amazing panoramic view of the snow capped mountains. It had central heating which made stay very comfortable despite it being very cold. Staff was very respectful and were helpful thru the stay particularly hemraj. Location is good and is walking distance to mall road.

There was nothing to dislike. The TT table and bats are a bit dilapidated.

The location of the property is nice

The wifi is terrible and the beds are small not for average height person

Amazing views from the rooms. The room service and restaurant staff and exceptional and go out of their way to service you. Special mention of Mr Vijay Katoch who took very good care of my needs.

The water for shower was lukewarm at best. While the property is in a fantastic location and offers great views, the room and washroom has seen better days.

Hospitality from staff and view from room was exceptional.Location is 10 mins walking distance from mall road and subhash chowk so you can go anything without worries

Staff members are really good. Some are really nice and making efforts. Rooms were fine. And view was good. Food quality was also good.

Breakfast menu could've had few more options to choose. Hot water wasn't available at night. Its was luke warm.

Professionalism, politeness and incredible hospitality of the staff.Esp the room service and restaurant personnel.The team would greet you with a smile every morning at breakfast and ensure if everything was good.
