I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Al Jubail, and I was truly impressed. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sabreen, the Front Office Supervisor. Her warm welcome, efficiency, and kindness set the tone for a wonderful stay.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping team, led by Zohaib, did an outstanding job in maintaining the room's cleanliness and organization.I also appreciate the support provided by Javed from the sales team, who was always available to assist us during our stay. Ayyaf Al Zahrani, the Duty Manager, was also very helpful and professional.Special thanks to the General Manager, Nader Madhkour, for building such a fantastic team. I'd like to extend a particular thank you to Sabreen, whose exceptional service made us feel valued and appreciated. Bad location, long & boring check-in, cleaning staff smells bad, no hot water in bathroom, not simple aminities available in the room (.eg toothbrush & paste, no bathroom slippers), response from room service & housekeeping is very slow.One of the worst hotels I ever been!!

The breakfast food wasn’t as expected. No variety of food + the location of the restaurant is near the hotel entrance without enough privacy.

There was a really bad smell from the toilet, The hallway was stinking of cigarette smell. I had booked a single bed but they downgraded me to a twin bedGym can also be better

Food was quite expensive in the restaurant. Breakfast was not that good, very limited cooked items, that too served cold. Fruits not replenished once empty.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable stay, the delicious breakfast, and the exceptional service provided by the front desk team, particularly Mr. Yousef Alkhaldi, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. My stay was enjoyable and met all my expectations.

Bed mattress was extremely bad, after speeding 1st night out 3 nights, next morning I informed the reception multiple times multiple attendants that bed mattress is extremely soft which is causing backpain. It was strange for us to know that there was no any other mattress in the Hilton as per all the attendants. So we had to do the floor-bedding which was also not comfortable of course but we didn't have any other option. I recommend to stay at 2 or 3 stars hotel as you would save money and also you would be able to sleep well. For me I regret that I spent big amount and bought a lot of pain!

Property is clean and good. Swimming pool was maintained properly

The staffs are not helpful in most of the occasion, check in was delayed for us and then the room service and house keeping never showed up even after I made a request for bathroom slippers as it was not there and for coffee in the morning.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The blanket was stinking. Bathroom towels were stinking as well !

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Garden Inn. Facilities and amenities are all great. All staff are welcoming and approachable, especially Mr. Ayyaf and Mr. Abdulrahman in reception, a score of 1000/10 for their hard work and workmanship. Keep up the good work Sir’s. ? I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The receptionist Ayef Alzahrani was really Friendly, gentle and helpful.The other receptionists were also kind.Great value compared to quality.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Here are the highlights:Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep.Friendly Staff: The hotel staff was courteous and attentive. They promptly addressed any requests or concerns.Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions and attend meetings.Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, from continental to local cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries.Wi-Fi Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was essential for my work-related tasks.

The location, quietness and comfort.

The aggressive and ill mannered behaviour from the Operations Manager. He didn’t come out of Kafeel mentality and treated us as if it was our first visit to such hotels. We booked two rooms and in one room the internet on TV was not accessible. We called the technician and he then brought the operations manager who blamed us for corrupting the TV. Even we explained that we arrived late in the night and the next day in the morning when the TV has still the same issue we called for assistance. Rather listening to us he was adamant to tell us that the guest has to pay for the corrupted TV. Even at the time of check out he was giving me the update what happened with the TV. It was their fault that they didn’t check before entering the new guest. It had a software issue and probably the earlier guests would have caused it. My Eid day was messed and I will never visit this property again.
