Breakfast is same everyday - no changes

Room and bathroom facilitiy for my room. When I went earlier it was good

Lack of toiletries, staffs are not friendly

Spacious room.

There were some stains on the furniture, it gave unpleasant feel.Lift cabin not that clean, staffs are good and cooperative.

Room size

I booked rooms with breakfast but they told me that it is without breakfast .The cost wasn't worth at all in that case.

Good location, spacious room & comfortable bed.

Poor hygiene and customer service.

I liked the welcome factor. The people at the front desk were so welcoming. The place was so easy to locate and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and big. My only problem was the bathroom. But was quickly resolved

Poor WiFi Tv have only 2 channels in Arabic

Wi-Fi must be available on whole floors/ Tv channels must be added with international standards

not worth the moneybreakfast was below average with bland and stale food

Location is near to Main road.

No parking,No room service after 6 PM till 6 AM in the morning No complaint center No dining on payment in this property.No LCD in all rooms No Cable channels available.

Breakfast could have been international although the Arabic one what was served was very good. Television channels were not enough and not clear .

The room that I've got is spacious and very clean, Very Good Breakfast, Restaurant is very clean and many option for foods

I recently stayed at the Remaz Hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff and the hotel manager Abdul Rahim was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had stunning views. The amenities were top-notch, and the dining experience was exquisite. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I can't wait to return!

The facility is very clean , exellent amenities facility ,The room is very good in size. Thier staff is very helpful and they trying thier Best to satisfaction of The gust.

The breakest is not include in my room rate. The carept in my room was limited in size compare to my friend room.

The rooms were very large, well equipped and the breakfast was delicious
