We like the hospitality of the staffs, special thanks to Manar from the reception, Ann from the buffet restaurant and the guys from concierge and gold carts service. They did an amazing job and costumer support in accommodating the guests. We also like the location since it has a private beach. Our kids enjoy the pool and jacuzzi while we enjoyed the gym facilities. Also, their breakfast and dinner is so amazing and lots of variety.

The room is kind of old and needs some re-modification and renovation to catch up with other modern style hotels. Cleaning service needs improvement.

THE WORSE TRIP IN 20 YEARS

Everything, old , bad staff, empty hotel, banded, not trained staff don't know the difference between indoor pool and heated out door pool pictures on site doesn't reflect the real thing bad food waiting for my refund the worse trip in 20 years

Great service and staff are welcoming particularly Manal at reception. She don’t save any effort to help

The brand name and size of the property

Very dull atmosphere though place is very tidy and prime. No activities. Beach activity is way behind international standards. The beach timings finish at 7 that is not acceptable. The tuck shop available at the beach closed at 6:00 pm. Why?? Further main restaurants open only after 6 pm. So eat at the cafe or through room service, why???

The room facilities were commendable, though the space felt a bit compact for a family of three. A private beach was available, but we chose not to use it due to the humid weather. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a delightful range from Indian to continental cuisine. However, the dinner buffet was fairly average and lacked any standout dishes.

We ordered Saudi Champagne as an accompaniment to our dinner, but unfortunately, the quality fell significantly short of our expectations. If the proper preparation or ingredients weren’t available, a courteous decline would have been more appreciated than serving a compromised version.

It is a very peaceful place.the cleanliness was outstanding.the breakfast is very nice and delicious.it had very good management as well.And a special Thanks to 2 Gentlemen,Mr Mohammed in reception.And Mr Ijaz as Valet

The pool was a little too hot.But other than that,Nothing.

Very useful if you are travelling for business.Great Lebanese restaurant. I really liked it.I like the cafe in the lobby.Breakfast is good but could be better.

Some areas need renovation, especially the outdoor, it seems they were never renovated since the hotel was built.I really don't reccommend the TexMex Restaurant at all.

Access to the Pearl Beach and fields of various sports, a swift valet service, and a spacious, well loaded gym.

The current lobby seating arrangement. It isn’t a major issue, but it presents an opportunity for improvement. Optimizing the layout could enhance guest convenience by ensuring better proximity to the reception desk and valet counter.

Private beach, health club swimming pool usable by family, play room with activities for children, good selection for breakfast & dinner, helpful staff.

No hot water in bathroom, fidgety lighting controls, minifridge door needs repairing.

I like the ladies' beach day and wish it's more than one day a week, also if they provide more pop ups to sell water and cool drinks as one kiosk only was not enough

I didn't like that there was no kids' play area at the hotel I could not leave my kid in either men's gym or ladies' gym as he is 9 years old - he was not allowed in the ladies' gym and it is not safe to leave him with men's gym alone!

Rooms are nice and adequate.The beach is beautiful.Late checkout which was great and gave us time to take the kids both to the pool and beach before giving them a bath in the room and check out, this gesture made our day and trip excellent. (Thank you Sara ?)

The Pool is good, but it’s a weird way to get to the pool through the males changing rooms, they should find a new way to get to the pool.

Sanitary Kit was incomplete.

There are many facilities in the Hotel (mini golf, Tennis courts, Kids playing room, ...)The staff are nice and very respectfull.The lady in the reception was soo nice, she offered a free extra bed for us.Mr. Micky mouse was very nice to the kids during the breakfast.Mr. Khaled played Mario movie to my kids in the cinema, with a continuous smile on his face.They allow late check out for IGH members (4:00 pm)

Need more water activities at the beach.There is no Tee & Coffe table in the restaurant during breakfast, anyone who wants tea or coffe has to request them from one of the 3 waiters and he will get it in about 5 minutes.The volleyball court at the beach was under maintenance.There is no lifeguard at the swimming pool.

we love the private beach. its clean peaceful and relaxing. we stayed there most of the time. there are plenty of space for all the guest and i appreciate the activities they provide to entertain the kids. We love the staff as well, specially Asma!
