Good deal and helpful staff

One elevator was working instead of 2

The receptionist I think his name is Abdullah - I visited on 27-May.2025 he positively contributed to my experience with the services he provided.Also, the female receptionist during the same day who was working at the afternoon till night has been very friendly.

The furniture is a bit old - stains in the walls

Very bad hotel no value for money

Access card was not working. Everytime when I get to go out and return back to room I had to wait for someone to open room door manually. At time of check-in I was given complimentary upgrade. However, as the access card was not working, I asked receptionist to give me the actual room which i booked or anyother room. But she said rooms are not available while there were many room available. Moreover the room condition was not good. Outside air was passing through the balcony door and was making huge snoozing noise causing difficulty in sleeping.

Staff are professional.

Some Residents smoking in non smoke fool, that make me sick, strong rule should be there for ppl who don't respect the hotel policy and ppl health issues.

When I booked i saw there is gym but when I arrived it was on maintenance, honestly I booked this hotel for the gym

The hospitality was exceptional, with an impressive breakfast spread that exceeded expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the pleasant aroma throughout the hotel added to the welcoming ambiance. Easy to get.

The check in was horrible. The room wasn’t ready. I arrived at 8 pm. The room wasn’t ready. The place is so noisy. You can hear your neighbours room and the street.

The staff were very respectful and amazing. When i checked in, there were no available rooms, so i got a free upgrade. Special thanks to Hassan for his great cooperation.

Location is superb, staff is amazing

Food is average, bathrooms are smelly and small with no proper drainage of water if spilled on floor. Toileteries are below average.

Unacceptable delays of room readiness. Unavailability of towels after few follow up. No professional treatment of frontline staff in dealing with the above situations, especially in giving empty promises. Wondering why such a high rating was given previously you this property.

Nothing. Bad customer service

We only get the room after 4 hours waiting and after that no towel in the room. We requested many times but didnt answer. The hotel didnt provide any alternative to provide us the towel. This is very bad experience staying in Saudi.

The property is easily found, as it is situated on the main highway. Upon entry you’ll be greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Hotel staff was very nice. We were upgraded to suite room. Foods were also good.

Good hotel in the Jubail city area with comfortable sea facing rooms.

So little electrical outlet

Facilities were clean, breakfast buffet was nice and staff was helpful.

The key cards are slow to activate doors and when leaving the room as soon as you remove the key card immediately everything goes dark, there should be at least a 1 minute delay after removing the key card before the power cuts out.
