nicely renovated bathroom. Very comfy bed, room was clean and simple which I appreciated. It could use some updating and refreshing, especially the kitchen area. A few more kitchen utensils would have been nice too!loved that it had a balcony and was quiet and a short walk to the beach. All in all a very pleasant stay..

already mentioned - kitchen area needs updating. would also have appreciated an iron and ironing board.

Lower rate on Booking. com probably meant lower quality room.

Very old facilities. Bedding limited. Shower ran out of water. Publicity brochure misleading.

Room was clean & the bathroom was good. only one pillow provided, lucky I brought my own.

Clean Room and linen. Aircon worked well for heating, as it is winter.

Hot water ran out very early in the morning, the motel was quiet, as in not many guests. Had no hot water to shave after a short/normal shower.

The room was a good size and the location was close the the beach and to the Golf Club. The staff were very helpful.

The bed was quite hard and there were only two stools in the room. We would have preferred two chairs.

Clean Comfortable Close To The Beach

- The location was superb.- The rooms including the bathroom were clean

- Misalignment between booking.com & the motel. When I booked , I provided the input for 2 A & 1 C (10 years) and the corresponding rooms were shown. But the room was not sufficient for the requested number of guests. One of us had to sleep on the floor.- I got a fake noise complain from one of the other guest through one of the motel employees on Sunday at 10 AM in the morning. It was pretty unfortunate and unacceptable.

The staff were helpful and thoughtful. The unit could hold 4 people, I was a single person last minute booking so I was thankful to get a room.My car had a flat battery and staff let me return to the unit while I waited 2.5 hrs for NRMA Roadside assistance, a very nice act. .

I couldnt get the TV to work. There were three controllers none worked. I didnt pester the staff since they were busy and it was only a one night stay on a busy holiday long weekend.

No one to meet us at Reception - had to call to find out room number. Bed was comfortable. Great shower head and good pressure. I guess it was expensive as it was Easter Saturday.

Expected someone to greet us on arrival.

Microwave didn’t work, not enough kitchenware, bathroom is very small and sink is in position where you could hit your head when you bend to go to the toilet, in a dark part of the street with no lit signs - was hard to find after dark

Only received one towel, although staff brought another one later no face washer, bedside lamp didn't work, tv reception was interrupted, no Netflix or other, the fridge was making a loud humming noise all night making sleep almost impossible. Did not speak with staff other than receding a towel.

Beds were comfortable, the space was good for a family of four. Staff members were friendly. The area is close to the beach. We were only there for one night so everything was good for one night but if we stayed a few nights see my comments below.

We only had one knife, there was no rack to hang our wet towels on so they could dry over night. There was an empty bottle of red wine in the closet. The bathroom door has mould growing on it. Bathroom is ridiculously tiny, perhaps a different basin may create more space. A small table and two chairs may be useful too and not take up too much space.We were only given three towels for the shower and there were four of us.

No one in office as they never sent code for key we had to ring didn't know if it was 1 or 2 people staying cobwebs every where mildew on bottom of bathroom door fridge only on 3 legs nearly fell over when you opened door no tea towels when they expect you to wash up no shampoo or conditioner provided bed was like sleeping on the floor which might have been more comfortable and pillows where the same no one around to ask any questions wasn't going to waste time calling all the time and you where luck to get 2 teabags and coffee they make it look like you have access to the beach you don't even get a view as propery is on other side of hill away from beach but photo's are miss leading

Toiletries. Only soap was supplied. No shower cap, shampoo, sanitary napkin

Not impressed for the room rate paid.

Check in code was wrong. Toiletries consisted of a small round cake of soap and used soaps were left in the shower. No wi fi and very poor phone reception. No staff on site if anything was needed. Phone in the room was disconnected

The location was good, the room was very clean. Best of all was the value for money on a very busy weekend in Mollymook. There was no issue when I needed to check out half an hour late due to a work call. Staff were very helpful.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, easy access to A1. Bathrooms look newly remodeled. Friendly staff

Hotel closes at 9pm so you can’t check in after that. They sent us a phone number and we were able to download an app to call them and get the code after that. They should just send the code with the booking reservation to make everyone’s life easier

10 minutes of disappointment

No onsite reception…had been advised that key would be in room which were unable to locate initially and had to go all over seeking. ..a bad start. The accommodation was not up to our expectations, not close to beach and very tired. Decided to forego the non-cancellable accommodation fee paid and found other room nearby more to our liking.

We had to find accommodation in a hurry as we were delayed overnight by a serious road accident on the highway. The motel offered an available, suitable room at very short notice. The room was very clean, backed onto bush and the cemetery which was lovely and quiet. Convenient location, short walk to an excellent club for dinner. Close to the beach though no water views. Birdsong in the morning. The bathroom had been recently renovated and is lovely. The bed was firm but comfy.

There wasn't anyone at reception, but a number to call. We're not too keen on these automated systems but this one did work with a bit of help and good will. There were a few things not provided, like water glasses, tea bags, bathroom bin, some bits of cutlery, one bedside lamp didn't work. There being no one on site we couldn't fix these minor things.
