We had an excellent view of the harbour, even without the view, the location would have been great for walks and views.Great breakfast, lots of seats.

Located really centrally, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

Bad

A crew of people started hammering and making an awful racket at 07.15 on a bank holiday. This is not ok.

Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were good and location is great for exploring the area.

We spent only one night. It was close to the quay and comfortable. The breakfast spread was very nice and it starts early to enable guests catching the ferry.

Nearest to everything.Bar staff helpful and informative about the local gins- can recommend them. Good variety of breakfast foods.

Listening to next door / upstairs using the toilet! Whenever our neighbours used the toilet or the shower or ran water, we heard it! The first night we thought there was a burst pipe...or the tap was running.

Person at the reception very nice and helpful. Center location.

No free parking, no sauna nor a pool but a water park with sauna and pool couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

Wish the room lights are brighter especially at the cupboard area.

The bed was nice. Bathroom was big and nice. Breakfast was very nice.

They did not clean the room several times. Did not change towels or other things. The hotel looks nicer and cleaner on the picture. I will tray other hotel in Harstad.

Great location in the city center.

We couldn't sleep, because there is a night club opposite the hotel and you can hear the noise in the room.

On booking there are pictures of a pool and a spa but the hotel is not provided with that. We felt mislead and scammed to be honest. The receptionist didn’t give us any information at the checking (where is the car park, where is the breakfast etc) and the communication was very poorly and we didn’t feel welcomed.

Familly room (two rooms) was wery well, optimal place for start trips around Harstad.

Breakfast was good for me. Bu for those who prefer fish instead of meat, there could have been some more choices.

Noise from seagulls in the area during the whole night made it impossible to sleep with an open window. But I realize that the hotel can probably not do much with this.

The location was decent. The receptionist was alone and was trying to do the best she could but there were long lines which was not ideal.

The room was cramped, the bathroom was woefully outdated and it was hot in the room. Since we had to open the windows, it was loud all night. Additionally, they didn't have parking available. Also, there was no place to fill up water!

Private parking (130NOK per day) is available.Accepts last min booking. Breakfast provided which is value for money given the price per night. Close proximity from the ferry pier (10-12 mins drive)

No bottled water in the room. No tissue in the room. Room can be very humid during summer so be prepared to bear with the heat.

Nice room

Temp too hot, not able to open the windows due to the big noise from the pub next door. Pitty that the hotel was so close to the only night club with dj from 23-03.

Centric location, great staff, clean and comfortable. Very very very good breakfast.
