Breakfast is awesome. The location is perfect, next to the port to take the express boat.

The rooms are a bit small

Again, another impressive breakfast from a Thon Hotel. The location was perfect for our needs (near the little city center for some sightseeing and with a good restaurant next door with outdoor seating). Very pleasant staff.

Lovely staff, clean well equipped room, great breakfast. Good location for the airport. Lovely views from hotel.

The atitude of sarcastic front desk person, explaining the hotel's convoluted parking availability was not only ineffective, but insufficient.The front desk person didn't explain clearly what we have to do in order to avoid getting ticketed, because the hotel does not have its parking spaces to speak of, making guests to find the city street parking spaces.His lack of clear explnations necessitated for me to ask the same questions and he too was frustrated and said to me that he is almost ready to ask me to find another hotel. It is a VERY unprofessional attitude.

The staff is fine,breakfast is fine too.

The room is dirty, so many hair strands on the bed,toilet with white spots on mirror,and no shampoo.So I have to press it hard just to get a little amount of it.The room is not ideal for kid,we have a hard time to sleep,since our neighbor room are making noise.

Parking was a bit of a challenge

Clean and tidy. Value for money. Very nice restaurant.

Rooms are quite small - you don’t need too much room though and don’t spend a lot of time in your room when on holiday.

I liked everything about this hotel. Location, view from the window, cleanliness, closeness to ferry snd bus terminals, restaurant downstairs, staff, great breakfast. Price. Absolute value for money.

Spacious family room. All very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast which kept us going for the rest of the day.

The entire staff was friendly. Great comfy and clean rooms. Upstairs gym was a huge plus

The reception staff was very friendly and helpfull, felt sorry for them though, since there was only one person working on both days and the customer queues were quite long on both days.

In a pet-friendly room there should be rugs on the floor. Often dogs do not like slippery floors and rugs would make them feel more comfortable in a strange environment. There were no towels or drinking bowls neither in the room for the dog, usually these are always offered by the hotel.

Great breakfast with gluten free options. Clean rooms. Nice view.

Poor parking. Parking is away from the hotel. Parking is for a fee, but there was no parking for us. We were on our own to make another parking arrangement.

We booked twin, but when we got to the hotel, the lady at the reception said twin rooms are not available, finally gave us twin rooms on lower level. The hotel doesn’t have private parking space, they suggested us to park at the shopping center which is very expensive. When we asked about the parking information at the street, the lady at the reception said she didn’t know which was not reasonable. Her attitude was not good and didn’t want to offer any help. We are not very happy with the hotel.

Location is perfect! Great breakfast, clean and modern rooms. Pets are welcome. You could open the window to get some fresh air and room was dark at night. Room was close to the elevator which is important with dogs.

We booked for family room because we had our dogs with us and that's why we needed more space. It was changed to twin room by hotel. They told us that because family room has a sofa It is not much bigger than twin room, so we agreed with the change. Twim room was REALLY small. Beds were too close to each other - only 20 cm apart. We had to relocate small table to under the big table to get at least some space for the dogs.

Right by the water. Close to the bus station, which was perfect for us. The rooftop panorama patio was amazing.

TV system was not working well - i had to call the reception guy to fix the remote control.

Breakfast was amazing, staff is really nice. Location is perfect for roaming around town.
