Staff friendly, location was good,lots of good restaurants near by.

Location was excellent. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was perfect . Exceeded all my expectations. Super easy check in and the clerks even helped with the luggage.

The breakfast was very Continental and European with breads, jams, and cakes. Coffee was individually made in cafe style and very good. The tiled breakfast room was bright and delightful in the morning.

The internet connection wasn't great in our room, but it was fine in the hotel common areas. All TV channels are Italian, and be sure to book a lower room if you need an elevator.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel L’Isola. The staff is remarkable and did everything in their power to help us with an unfortunate issue we had. No fault of the hotel! The hotel is so peaceful, just a short train ride into the hustle and bustle of Rome. We spent 3 glorious days here. Loved the morning coffee in the hotel and the quant neighborhood restaurants. We got to know several local cats as well. Keep in mind the restaurants in Santa Marinella generally do not open for the evening meal until 7:30pm. There are limited restaurants that serve awesome lunches all within walking distance of L’Isola. The food everywhere here was fabulous!

Fantastic Room Receptionist was very helpful Bed was super comfortable and food in adjacent restaurant was majestic. Highly Recommend.

I arrived late after a 24 hour flight from Sydney and a drive from Fiumicino airport. The reception staff were so welcoming and suggested dinner in the restaurant at the side of the hotel. I slept well and woke to nice sea views. The hotel was perfect and would highly recommend.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing. It would have been good to have had regularly more fresh breads available; some fresh fruit; some hot savoury food and the availability of serving oneself to coffee. Perhaps a coffee machine for this purpose.

The sound-proofing room-to- room was not satisfactory.

Quiet, easy to walk everywhere, great restaurant next door

We enjoyed a fantastic view from our room, and surprisingly, even from the bathroom! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the TV size was just right for the room. Breakfast exceeded our expectations; we loved our freshly made cappuccinos on the charming small terrace. The selection included both savory and sweet pastries, and the service was outstanding and accommodating.Parking is available free of charge, though it can be a bit challenging to drive and find parking around the square during the summer. However, there’s ample parking if you head down to the harbor. This place is a must-visit if you're planning a stay in Santa Marinella!

The bathroom shower is a bit on the smaller side, but the view is so spectacular that I would still rate it a perfect 10

Fantastic location Aprox 8-10mins walk from rail station. A lovely small boutique hotel with spacious rooms , some with balconies & sea views. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay,

Aurora the receptionist, was very polite and helpful. Easy, free, close parking. Lots of restaurants and bars very close by. Grocery store close by. View of the ocean from the room & balcony was wonderful.

Picturesque, charming, very clean, lovely warm and friendly staff and community. Extremely helpful and concerned when our travel shuttle to our cruise ship had a bit of a hiccup. Breakfast was top notch and very delicious! Food in all the restaurants was amazing! It was an easy walk to the train station and a relaxing train ride into Rome.

Nothing! Our room had a lovely balcony with spectacular view. For me, it was everything I hoped Italy would by be. The hotel was exactly the true Italian experience I wanted. I felt very welcome. My family was very well looked after. The staff were amazing and so generous and supportive helping us sort our shuttle issues. They went above and beyond in helping us. They gave our vacation a most excellent start!

The hotel provides a very nice breakfast. I'd recommend going early though, as they run out of options if you wait too long.

Our beds were not very comfortable but the room had a terrific balcony and view, so hard to beat.

Quaint hotel centrally located on a square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Our room was nice with cold a/c and beautiful sea view. The restaurant next door was fabulous!

The only negative was the extremely small shower.

Bed was very comfortable. View of ocean from balcony was nice. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods. Onsite parking was a big plus. Many places to eat and explore near this hotel.

In room 103, the wall mounted air conditioner’s remote control’s + - button to increase/decrease the temperature did not appear to work. Staff was summoned and one could have it blast ac for a while then we turned it off. The electric hot pot wouldn’t heat water. I took it to the front desk to show staff but they went and made me a small pot of hot water.

Small cosy family hotel with perfect location. Simple but satisfying breakfast. Very kind and helpful personal. Amazing sea view,esp from bathroom.10min walk to the beach, 1 minute to supermarket or restaurant.

Those who have room without sea view can face problems with noice from nearby restaurants. Window nets against mosquitos would be nice to have.

Close to train station. Close to many restaurants. Wonderful view of the ocean. Welcoming staff. Free parking.

We were greeted with a friendly hello and helpful words .We got a lovely breakfast on leaving .The restaurants around the Hotel were very good .

Family run hotel, great and friendly staff, clean and in a great location to live santa marinella (not only the beach). Wide room, quite, nice breakfast, available parking in case of need. Definitely very good value for money in the location
