    Pros +

    • Clean, spacious rooms. Excellent location to visit the mountains, hikes and villages.
    • The hotel is in an excellent and beautiful location. I cannot say anything bad about the facilities since it had everything. The staff was great and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I really recommend
    • Beautiful room, very spacious, clean and with all the necessary amenities. The Mountain view is very relaxing and the room is silent. Breakfast was also very good!

    Cons -

    • No hairdryer in the room
    • A la cart restaurant food and rude stuff .
    • The spa is closed. There are no European sockets and adapters in the room, I had to go downstairs and ask the staff. There is no plug in the bathtub. But those are minor things, in general it's a worth place!

I don’t like dinner in restaurants ( not buffee). In the menu was written 6 pieces of cheese but on the plate was 4. Pork meet 700 gr was with a lot of fat, mostly only fat. Waiter was impolite, he said that I don’t drink wine and can’t recommend nothing. Breakfast was good. Very comfortable number.

Great location! Quiet, peaceful place with nice views. Not bad breakfast. Friendly staff.

    Superb

I booked b&b for two parents and 1 child and eventually the child could not go. I send an email to the Hotel and booking and nobody said they can help to remove the child fees since it was not going

I am satisfied with the hygiene level, the hotel is in a good location and has outdoor activities facilities.

The buffet dinner is not very good value for money. Breakfast is ordinary. The room is not soundproofed. Cockroaches were found.

Fantastic view from the balcony on both sides of the hotel. Breakfast was rather good, though the bread was stale. Staff was attentive. The TV had a hdmi cable slot. But you cannot use any smart TV features, because the TV is not connected to wifi. The room has very good heating, we didn't feel cold even during a colder night in the mountains. The room is big enough and has storage areas.

Sow bugs in the shower creeped out upon entering the shower, gross. The shower smelled like sewers all the time. Cleaning was done in a hurry. Dirty stained bed sheet.Bed was unstable, clinging, and overall the furniture was very old and used. Door lock was hard to lock (rust and old wooden door changing shape). The area close to the hotel had some landfill rubbish lying around, a cat street gang was sitting outside on the hotel chairs instead of people. The overall impression is that the hotel is old and not well maintained.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and while it has some advantages, the overall experience was mediocre. The hotel's location is excellent – close to the village, The rooms are spacious, and the view is absolutely stunning. However, the hotel itself is old, and the maintenance is very basic. The cleanliness level was quite low, which affected our overall enjoyment. Breakfast was decent but nothing special – just enough to get by. Additionally,.If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel could be a reasonable option. But if you're seeking a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay, it's worth spending a few extra euros on a more luxurious boutique hotel in the area.

Location in the mountains, big hotel so likely to have availability, recently renovated room, helpful staff

Hotel is beautifully located in Agros Village with beautiful mountain views.it is close walking distance to a local supermarket, pharmacy and a lovely Cypriot tavern. The staff overall are friendly and polite. The breakfast looked nice and generous but the area was so overcrowded that we ended up picking up coffee and croissant and going back to our room.

Hotel is in need of renovation... Rooms don't even have a basic kettle to make tea or coffee and when we called for room service they said they charge an extra 5 euros each time to bring the coffee and tea to our room which just sounded ridiculous. The room they gave us had old and shabby towels.. The towels are no longer white and just felt dirty.. we initially had the ground floor room (room 010) with a small Patio balcony with awful view of the parking so the cars were literally parked outside our room... but the door was broken so we could not even get out to sit outside..Phone was broken in that room so could not communicate with reception and i had to go back to lobby to be able to speak with the staff. they ended up giving us another room on the 2nd floor (room 243) which was actually nicer, cleaner and partly renovated with a nicer mountain view. Unfortunately when i came to have a shower in the evening we had NO HOT WATER in our room.. so i contacted reception and he said that it is too late now and apparently most people have already had showers and used up the hot water, which was extremely shocking to me as this a hotel and i expect hot eater 24/7. of course i was arguing with him and i was demanding he finds a solution as it is unacceptable that i cant have a shower after a long day in 3 degrees cold weather.he carried on to tell me that all maintenance people are gone and it is too late now and it is 12 am now and that i should have told him at 10pm when he had staff which is a lame excuse on his behalf... i told him i didnt know at 10pm that i would not have hot water... i demanded to change room again but hotel was fully booked by then and they could not accommodate. so i ended up with no shower so i was FUMING and could not wait for the morning so i could leave.my husband had a cold shower and FYI the bath floods and water comes out of toilet and comes all way in our room so we had to use towels to stop water.

    The breakfast

    5ValerioPosted on: 1-18-2025

Hotel Well situated in a small village in the mountains, with temporary Christmas village and traditional churches around. It's a huge hotel which was very full of guests particularly families during Christmas holidays, with children running in the corridors, the hall full of hundreds of people, with children playing and a big mess with queue at the breakfast time. Probably in other times of the year might be quieter.

People was smoking and doing mess inside the room near ours (connected with a closed door) and the room was therefore very smelly of cigarettes. We asked to change and they finally luckily managed to find a last room available further from that, otherwise it would have been impossibile to stay. I found it inadmissible that in a hotel like this it is "allowed"/tollerated (they didn't go even to check as far as I know) to smoke in the rooms. Moreover, the heater was very difficult to regulate and it was difficult to sleep because it was too hot. However probably these problems are due mainly to the peak seasons.

    The position of the hotel.

Food for the 24th December special dinner. Food was not hot, and it must have been sitting there a while.
