Amazing mountain views of the snowy Troods Slopes. Breakfast area has amazing views also. Good variety in breakfast buffet.

Although there is room heating, the family room 209 wasn't that warm during the night.

The location

The worst of all is that we got two rooms and both of them were connected via doors to other rooms. The doors were locked but there was no sound isolation. Neighbors were talking like were in our rooms till 01:00 am. Terrible. I did not complain because there was no point, hotel was full.They should keep such rooms for families that ask for such rooms. Just not acceptable. We spent one night.

We liked the size of the room. We liked the child friendliness environment and we liked the kids massage!!

Overpriced for what it is. Weird smell in the hotel corridors and in the room. Strange empty balcony. Restaurant - food incredibly overpriced. Horrible quality. Pizza oversalted, prawn saganaki came with 5 prawn heads and 4 prawns(?), overcooked and oversalted. We had a bad stomach after this visit.the restaurant staff were absolutely rude, no manners whatsoever. Some of them barely spoke English. Don't waste your money or time eating here.

Great location with easy access to the mountain walks

Charging for small extras at the restaurant, I ordered lamb chops and asked for tzatziki as it didn’t come with my order, charged 2€, ordered dips for two people which only came with one pitta bread so had to ask for more which again was charged extra. It seemed a shame as the food was great and these little extra costs Seemed unnecessary due to the amount of money we spent in the restaurant over our stay. Please in future don’t charge those extra’s as overall it was a great dinning experience!

This is a comfortable hotel for a few days in the mountains. It has warm rooms during the winter (perhaps too warm, as it rarely gets very cold in Cyprus), a large communal lounge with a fireplace, satisfying breakfast and delicious buffet during the evenings (compliments to the chef!)

Breakfast "hot food" was generally cold. Orange juice was watered down so not much taste of orange!Hotel described as "spa" hotel. The Spa facilities were very, very basic and very, very expensive so we did not use them once. When we booked we expected to use them daily as part of our stay.

Food was belove average (hair in the egg)There was seawage smell in the bathrooms because there was no ventilation at all -the lady came in the middle of the night and opened the faucets and put water in the ventilation space so the ventilation could work and sprayed room perfume-

The rooms were very warm even in the coldest weather, so we felt comfy. The receptionist and waiting staff were very helpful and smiley. Also they arranged for us to be picked up and brought to the hotel and later back which was very helpful and we really appreciated it . Breakfast was great.

We weren't impressed with the spa facilities and the spa lady was the opposite of friendly.

We stay here at least once a year during the winter/snowy season and once in autumn. The location is excellent, and the breakfast offers a great variety of tasty food. They also serve a buffet for lunch and dinner.

Very well located. Cozy place, many activites going on right in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was 2/10. It could be improved in so many ways. Hygiene was pretty low. Some staff members were extremely careless in terms of hygiene of the restaurant and bar.

The coffee machine at breakfast was small, and only the espresso and Americano modes were functional.
