- Give the front desk girl a raise, she¿s amazing. Good location, quiet and clean room
- Hotel was amazing, the girl at the front desk in the ao dà i was extremely helpful and kind.
- Location is accessible to stores, restaurants
Cons -
- Lock box didn¿t work, be careful of cleaning staffs, they do not give two room keys
- We set up cameras in all our hotel stays, we caught the cleaning people sneaking into our rooms after being told we don¿t need cleaning. Blood on sheets, elevator starts on second floor
- We came past midnight,the lobby's light was turned off and main door was locked with bicycle chain.We knocked on the glass door,one guy sleeping on the couch and the 2nd guy was behind the counter. As soon as were in,door was locked with bike chain.
