The hotel is nice, with a large pool and close to the beach.

The restaurants are expensive and very bad. The check in was not a nice experience, it took forever and they had a big mess with the rooms.

Chiringito service staff very badly prepared, not well organized, not kind enough, they forgot one main plate, the wine, the octopus was very hard, the steak we asked two different days and the portions were very different from one day to another in terms of size (almost 3 times difference), the place is amazing but the service is really bad, I will not recommend it.

Marble floors, lush plants, the sound of the ocean, very comfortable bed, delicious buffets.

THE LEVEL VILLA was great. Pool verry nice. Staff also very good. Near the sea.

Food, a lot of choice. But the primer material was bad. A lot of frozen food. Could be much much better. Food i would give a poor 4

We had to wait 20 minutes to get a table at breakfast and then another 20 minutes to get through the buffet line.

Nice location close to the beach .

Arrived at 11:30 and there is not one single open facility to eat even a croissant! I had to complain to the manager and we were made someomelet. Also old facilities , smells like an old cottage. Service in site and room service is appalling. They don t have prices for a bottle of champagne . The que to eat were very long! Total chaos . The lobby was full of people and no service for drinks at all. Paid 317 euros for a room that should have been 100 euros maximum for the facilities and the rest. The photos of the hotel are deceiving . is a small hotel in an area where there is nothing to see or do!The parking on site costs 30 euros per day!

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. On other occasions we have stayed in other hotels. Therefore we know the area well. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us during the stay there.

Nothing to complain about

Very nice resort a bit outside of the old town. You need a car / taxi to get to restaurants, etc. They charge hourly rate for parking and given the fact that it’s not in the center, I thought that was completely unnecessary. Other than that, it’s a very good place to unwind!

The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was spacious with lots of mirrors. The staff was very nice, especially Jota from the fitness activities team! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was good (with some room for improvement).

There were no slippers, robe, or courtesy toiletries in the bedroom/bathroom. No courtesy water bottle either. The air conditioning only produced cold air. I thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay so much for parking, especially during the low season.

This hotel is magnificent in every way.Very friendly staff especially the GEX manager Patricia and the receptionist Alfonso.

The hotel is very poorly managed. Just three details:1) The room was not made up even after lunch, despite the request sign from the morning. When I asked, instead of sending someone straight away, I was told that they had the task of redoing the rooms by 5pm, and therefore everything was in order. Never happened in my life!2) Several things were missing from the room, delivered with at least two reminders and four hours late. Placing blame on the various departments.3) In the hotel entrance hall there is a grand piano left freely available to any child. The sound echoes up to the third floor, making any afternoon rest in the room practically impossible. And I'm talking about exclusive rooms.

Large open areas. A choice of pools proximity to the beach. Choice of bars snacks and meals.

Ground floor room lacked privacy many people walking past. Needed taxi to get to town.

The location is excellent, with access to the beach and close by restaurants. The breakfast buffet is very good with super friendly and helpful staff

We upgraded our room through booking and when arrival we were charged on top of the price difference we had already paid, in fact, exactly the same difference . The room was not the one described in the upgrade, it was smaller and then every day we had to call reception for something that was forgotten by the cleaning crew such as pool towels, coffee, etc.We went during school vacation and if you are not traveling with kids this might not be the place to stay. Gym, buffet and pool get so full you need to get there early, so no sleeping in.
