Location and the host was helpful and tried to help as much as possible - Changed the room as wc didn’t work.

Years ago it should have been a great cozy hotel in the heart of Tarifa, but now screams for renovation!

Great location right in the middle of Tarifa old town, everything is close by. Accommodated our request for a bit earlier check in which was much appreciated. Very friendly staff/owner/manager. Highly recommended!

The first time in 20yrs of travelling, and using Booking .Com we had a very upsetting situation with this Hotel nothing to do with Booking .com .We booked a double premier room for 4 nights in September 2023 .We were shown to room 5 ground floor . This room was nothing like the lovely pictures . It was obviously a SINGLE room with twin beds in, though we asked for a double. The problem was that it was also very worn. Broken bin /floor, creased curtains ,. Small room and wardrobe, I spoke to the gentleman on the front desk who said all rooms were the same . After some discussion, he offered us a room in the basement that wasn't made up and no windows . We declined the room after more discussion he showed a superior room but wanted ten or twenty extra euros per night . Which we didn't want to pay anymore money . One hour and 30 min in, we decided to leave the property and booked another hotel . As we were about to leave , we were shown room 6, a lovely modern twin spacious room like the photos. By this time we were very upset and had booked our new hotel . If we had been shown this room on arrival, we would of been delighted . We then asked for a refund, which was firmly declined. Long story short to date, the Hotel have firmly stated they will NOT refund our £345 . Booking .Com also tried their best to recup the money .We continue to pursue our refund

The receptionist Anna was of great help, same for a male receptionist when we left, but I didn’t remember the name.

The double room with terrace was basically a basement room, with dated chairs and table, missing a sunbed at least. The toilet seat was not properly attached to the floor and was un stabile. The pool was not really clean and is not heated.

Property was in a great location, friendly and accommodating staff.

Ants in the room was the only thing that was annoying (#202)

7 min walk to the FRS ferry and 5min walk to long term gated parking lot for travel to Morocco. The hotel and room were very nice.

Great place but very difficult to find if driving by car. Have to walk from several streets away.

The location is perfect, right at the heart of the town, which makes it too noisy, mainly due to the restaurant that operates at the entrance, even after midnight.

They asked contact data (email and mobile) and they tried to trick us into signing the comercial use of them, saying that this was required by law! No reception during the night. Breakfast costs 25 euros per person per night, so we did not have it. One night, inexplicably, the emergengy light was on in the room and we had to call someone from the hotel to switch it off. He did it by cuttting the (live) wires, risking his life. All in all, it offers a hostel-level stay at more than 200 euros per night.

We had a wonderful stay, great staff, very comfortable and quiet and so central.

The interior was exactly as it was pictured. The pool was lovely and quiet, the staff were really welcoming, attentive and friendly.

Really nice and helpful staff and the hotel is very central located with lovely restaurants close by.

The location is ideal. The pool is lovely. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. We were a group of 10 and everyone left happy and excited to come back. 10/10

Shower was very good.

The pool was out of use, maintenance I think?We could have been told as I particularly searched for accommodation with a pool.
