Excellent location, staff and very affordable price.

Excellent location and not far from beach.Free parking at the Hotel. Nice pool to swim. Breakfast at euro 12 was delicious with lot of options. Tarifa town is 5 min drive. All the staff were very nice and welcoming especially the Breakfast crew.

If I have to say I will say I was expecting a slight larger room but looks like they have many options to choose from. I got a full sew view on 1st floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Meals were very good.

there was only one toilet roll and it wasn't restocked during our stay so we ran out on the last day.

Nice, clean, very close to the ION club and the kite beach. Had air conditioning which was very useful :)

The rooms were very comfortable and we slept very well.

The reception was a little confusing on check out, I think this is just a cultural difference as I am from Canada.

The waiter in the restaurant was very rude, I did not pay for the breakfast when I checked in, but the guy in the front desk told me that if we wanted to have it , just give the room number and will pay on check out. The waiter wanted the money right away because he said people run away without paying. Very rude, not appropriate to be working for in a hospitality business. Shame on him

The hotel is located within 10min drive from coastal town with shops like LIDL for food and basics. There is also a beautiful beach nearby. Mind you having your transport is a must. View from hotel is nice and relaxing, facilities clean, breakfast is amazing, swimming pool is good, tons of parking and electric car charging station. It is a very nice spot to stay in and area to explore - you can even take a ferry to Morocco for few hours or a day.

Entrance from the main road might seem a bit unattractive and joining it might be a bit slow due to at times heavy and fast moving traffic but once you are at the hotel it's a very different scene - much more relaxing and beautiful. Reception staff spoke very little English but were as helpful as they could so I can't complain.

Location is back from the road so very quiet (other than a dog that barked all night).

The food ordering system was poor so it was very late by the time we ate. Also the 11am pool opening time meant that we couldn’t go for a swim before we left so a bit disappointed.

The pool was fantastic very spacious, safe steps going into the pool lovely surrounding area, plenty beds but we were out of season. Only stayed overnight should have stayed longer didn't get a chance to go to the beach but they are beautiful great for sports The bedroom was lovely very spacious great view loved all the windows giving plenty of light. Only problem ws the jacuzzi bath didn't work was looking to it but unfortunately didn't work.

Bathtub and the automatic shutters which made the room nice and dark

No microwave in room, only one towel at a time. a bit far from town. Yet close to the beach .

The pool and surrounding views looked amazing (although we were not able to enjoy because of the rain)Great restaurant staff!

Updated modern room. Ground floor access. Quiet except for wind (see below).

Location was not as expected based on pictures in booking. Staff was grumpy. You hear wind howling all night long but probably should know that about this area before going. Kind of lacking in character...

Beautiful location. Friendly staff, room was clean. Pool area was pretty and plenty of space.

Great location. Easy parking. Option to walk to the near by Dune. Is a bit, but easy to walk. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly helpful staff! For the price we thought it was good value. (The food seemed a bit pricey but we didn’t eat there apart from buffet breakfast). Nice breakfast, nice poolside bar. It was a few mins walk from the beach, and there’s a handful of other hotels bars and restaurants walkable nearby. We thought it was a good option if you want to stay a little way away from tarifa town (about a 10-15 min taxi)

Dissapointed by the following:- The TV was not flat screen & there was no option to adjust the digital channels languages to original (ie english) like you can normally do on any TV today... Plus, I went to reception to ask to assist with it and there absolutely not able to do anything, not even try to switch the controller for one with that option or anything else...- The Reception office was always empty of staff. I went 2 times in it, and 2 times I had to look out around for someone to assist me (TV controller issue & check out).- The room ventilation controler was attached to the wall in an upside down position, so really not the best to adjust the climatisation...- There was no electric kettle available in the room.- Lacking of extra pillows on the bed for good confort.- Outside car parking was always full, so we had to park on a muddy sideways parking.
