Beach Hotel Dos Mares

The location is amazing and magical. The staff is super friendly and helpful . Was extremely happy to have stayed at the Dos Mares.

The parking can be a bit confusing if you arrive at night but they give you a map at the reception desk

Excellent location, just far enough outside of town. The restaurant as well as the breakfast were fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved the location and the chilled vibes. Food was good in the restaurant and bar. Lots of variety, and a choice of restaurant style food and bar food.

The breakfast was not the best. It wasn't terrible, it just wasn't the best.

A beautiful little hotel in a prime beach location.The decor is exquisite and the arrangement of rooms is nice.Wonderful breakfast and we enjoyed a very lovely evening meal there which we would highly recommend.Easy free parking.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dos Mares. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was amazing, with a private back terrace with sun benches and a Cafe table with chairs. The food was delicious and we liked that the port of Tarifa was just a 5 minute drive away. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Everything was perfect.

Great hotel. We love it however this time around, room 45 has a pretty uncomfortable mattress. Other than that, it’s a great location front line beach, dog friendly and as always, to sit and have breakfast on the beach, makes the trip!

Overall property looked a bit run down. Door locks were very difficult. Although we had booked a table for dinner when we checked in, the restaurant staff said we didn’t have a booking and offered us a fable that wasn’t acceptable.Finally sorted out. Dinner was excellent.

It would help to have a kettle in the bedroom.

They were exceptionally accommodating. We arrived early and we're still able to check in.

We stayed in a bungalow on the beach, and the view was spectacular. Perfect location for surfers, in a remote area. For sure you need a car to get around.

The location and the room was spacious

The staff and communication about full payment of the one night stay upfront through a link in the mail that didnt work. So I transferred and send proof. The lady at the reception was rude and kept saying "no" that I didnt pay eventhough I was holding the proof in her face

Location - Great! What an amazing sunset, probably most days!

We use a TomTom navigator when driving. It knew the hotel existed, but took us to the wrong location. Weird!Everything else was OK, though the room's walls seemed to transfer more sound from the corridor than we expected.

The promised pool is closed. We specifically booked the hotel because of the pool, and it also says on Booking that a pool exists and is open. Upon our arrival, we were disappointed… no pool. It’s closed, and the lady at the reception told me to inform Booking.Nice… but that’s the hotel’s responsibility!

Fab location on the beach. The seaview bungalow was perfect.

We were charged €10 to use the Padel court which is old and in shabby condition. We only wanted to have a knock around so it was fine for us but thought it should be free to hotel guests.

Location with stunning views

Smoke coming from the fireplace in a restaurant. The smell of smoke is interfering dining moment in a restaurant and the smell sticking to your clothes.The smell removal from the fireplace should be better!

Ultimate beach front position. Stay in peaceful chalet bungalows(subject to adjoined chalet noise level). There are some on the beach . Views are spectacular. Breakfast is passable. There’s a water sports storage cage, tennis & stables .

Personal taste but beds are too firm for me. Rooms on ground floor in main hotel building although cheaper are subject to noise from entrance doors and talking in reception area.

This hotel is located on a beautiful beach. The hotel and property are very tastefully decorated in a Buddhist theme. There are lots of trees and flowering shrubs all around. The restaurant patio is right on the beach. The breakfast, included, was very good. Food in the restaurant was good. Very nice and helpful staff. Good value.
