AC Hotel La Linea

Staff was very friendly. Very close to Gibraltar. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

It was a little warm in the room and the air conditioner didn¿t really cool it off much.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was nice to have underground parking for our rental car. We were there to visit Gibraltar and could easily walk there from the hotel.

The neighbourhood around it doesn't look great, but we had no problems. It would be nice to have more dining options nearby but I realize that isn't the hotel's responsibility.

The location and the price.

Fair location from Gibraltar - about 20 mins walk along the sea front. Underground secure parking clean sheets, seaview, comfy bed. Bathroom okay. Reception friendly with good language skills (much better than mine) We have stayed here once before but it seems to have gone downhill.

No kettle etc in the room. Coffee machine supplied though with 2 tiny paper cups and 2 pods - no idea what was in the pods. Tea and coffee available from the lounge area up to 7pm but nothing after that. We booked breakfast - got there about 9:30 - spanish bacon and sausage gone cold. Turned the toaster off after we got there! Drinks were moved by staff from our table while we were getting food. We didnt feel at all welcome by the surpuss waitress! Very dated. Needs sprucing up. The area surrounding the hotel appears to be run down, we wouldnt have left the car on the street.

Good location very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Bathroom was crowded with toilet shower, basin and shelf and especially the bidet

The rooms are big, great staff!

They gave me my room and the toilet didn’t work. They moved me to an other room but was a pain because I unpacked all my stuff.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Close to the “rock”. On-sight parking.

Restaurants seemed to be a little out of the way. Bathroom was nice but the bidet was not usable as it was partially obscured by the glass basin.

Close to the border. We parked our car on the street and not with hotel. Parking was easily available. Staff was great and helpful. Got good advice regarding choosing taxi to go to Gibraltar border which was only 5 euro.Good restaurants in vicinity and in the center which was 15-20 mins walk away.Pool and pool area is nice too. It's not beach front but one street away from the sea side. Good views from the room. Beach is close by. Overall our stay was pleasant. It's not high end Marriott but decent enough.

Bed were comfortable room was clean

Only working power outlet was under tv had to crawl on floor to access it. Booked room with balcony and was not given that room.

Location felt very unsafe and too far from fun stuff

Lovely and helpful Staff. Allowed us to leave our vehicle past our check out time, made it convenient to visit Gibraltar.

Not perfect area but it's good that near the main road. Very old fashioned, not cleaned well.

The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The shower is excellent. Everything very clean and well maintained.

The reception staff was never there at the reception. Every time I needed they were in the office. On the check in, I didn’t receive any information about the property, and not even a “welcome”. The only moment I got a smile from the receptionist, was on my check out.

Terrible bed. Absolutely painful. Could not adjust the room temperature. Staff gave us another room for second night but no change. I have no complaints about the staff though. They did their best.

Excellent location for visit to Gibraltar, we were able to park for free outside hotel but on-site paid parking available. Room was very comfortable but a little warm, beds very comfortable. Staff very helpful.
