Pros +
- Lovely view from my room, and great location for restaurants.
- Close to where I wanted to see
- The location is a perfect distance from the beach and the border to Gib. Our family of 3 (my husband, myself and our 9 year old daughter) was 100% satisfied with the hotel. Each of the staff members went above and beyond their job responsibilities to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were helpful for restocking our things everyday and Patrick helped stow our luggage for the day while we waited for our ride and helped carry our luggage down the set of stairs. We stayed for a week and even though we moved around in between the rooms we were still happy at the end of our trip. Thank you all for everything. It is much appreciated.
Cons -
- Looked dirty, old and needs work, no up keep, had to take stairs to floor every time.
- My friend had some severe tooth pain late in the night and we hoped to get a later checkout, but the front desk person said they couldn't delay room cleanings.
- Tiny room. Rather basic

Clean and comfortable room, good value for the price. Easy walk to the market, restaurants, and the bus station. Front desk staff were polite.

Proximity to restaurant, to the beach, to main square, to Gibraltar
Tiny room. Rather basic
Elevator only worked part way, on half floors. Had to walk up to elevator and then up or down stairs to floor room was on.No hot waterGood location, 10 to 15 minute walk to Gibraltar border.
Location for us was excellent.. It was Saturday night so there were revellers passing by until the small hours. The reception was very good and so was the bicycle storage. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of restaurants near by. Was it luxurious , No. But it suited us well.
revellers passing by and disturbing my sleep.
The location is ideal for exploring Gibralter. The walking route to the "frontier" is around 15 minutes. The staff are friendly and generally bilingual.
It takes a considerable amount of time for the water for the shower to heat. Plan accordingly.
great location, border is very close and in the middle of the restaurant/bar area. Staff in the hotel is fine
Hot water, where art thou?
Excellent. All members of staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Electrical supply weak. Very slow phone charging (main issue).
we stayed one night. although an older hotel, but clean. thank you. it would be nice to have at least a kettle and a cup in the room otherwise ok
Great central location near the bus station and restaurants, clean room and good sized bathroom, staff were friendly and helpful.
A kettle in the room would have been nice.
Excellent budget hotel, Gibraltar Border a few minutes away. Good choice of restaurants and Coffee shops close by.
Friendly staff, comfy bed and excellent location
The shower was cold
The single room is big enough for 1 person. Although the furniture inside the room is very basic; it does serve it's purpose. Very suitable for a short stay.Close to the immigration check point to Gibraltar.
It is rather old and look dilapidated.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable
The lightbulb in the bedside lamp was broken
Sorry to say, Not worth it to stay...
Paper thin walls which meant we could hear the man on the phone in the hallways and room next to us, he was on his phone singing at 530am.The toilet wasn't attached to the floor so we had to balance to use it and was overall run down
Nice location and cheap option close to Gibraltar. Friendly staff.
The room was a bit dirty, cold and there were some water problem (not the hotels fault)
Stayed here for one night. If you are looking for a very cheap, no frills, but clean room to sleep in. This was perfect for me personally. Wifi, t.v hot shower, clean bedding it had it all. The bed was very comfortable. Couldn't really complain with the price I paid for it.Only 10 min walk to the Spanish/Gibraltar border. Just one street below where the high street of shops and restaurants are located.
Would need an update
staff and location, very central and everything easily accesible by foot. The oli radiator in the room was fabulous. tv worked well
the room was quite dirty with very old fittings, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom ,no soap to wash hands, very noisy. The door didn't feel like it locked well. Only one plug socket. Blanket was kept in the cupboard without a bag so very dusty.
