The balcony with its amazing view of the harbour and the Rock. The room was a good size, the bath very welcome and a good spot to get over to Gibraltar

There wasn't much atmosphere. Didn't tell us anything at check in. So didn't know it had a bar on the first floor or how much breakfast was. Hotel a bit tired, but for the price we would stay again if we had the same room.

    6RobertPosted on: 12-7-2025

The bed was not comfortable, quite hard, Spain standard, as the other hotels I've stayed in were similar.

    6MiguelPosted on: 11-13-2025

It's a regular old hotel, most of the staff excellent. Breakfast is great. Huge bed!

Needs some renewing. Some guys at reception are not specially nice.

We liked the size of the room, the location, the amenities.

The rooms seemed to be showing some wear. Could use some updating.

Great location nice size room good pool and very good breakfast.

    Can't think of anything

    10DanielPosted on: 10-25-2025

    Excellent location, amenities and parking.

Staff is not the most welcoming.

    9DavidPosted on: 10-23-2025

View of The Rock amazing. Balcony superb. Easy to walk to Gibraltar. Location was great.

Being a very large hotel it lacked friendly charm and the breakfast room massive but that's not a big deal for all the pluses. We would highly recommend this place.

    Good location and friendly staff.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were so thin that you could hear a lot of noise which made it very difficult to sleep. The picture frames would shake in my room when someone else slammed their room's door. You could basically hear every single noise from the corridor. There were ants in my room and they got into my suitcase. The cleaning staff came and knock on my door even though I was getting ready to check out which also was not great. The hotel is very old overall.

    5LucianPosted on: 10-12-2025

That it was close to Gibraltar.

The hotel is in deep need of renovation. You can see the spring coils on the matrice. The bathroom is disintegrating and the balcony furniture is uncomfortable and plasticy.

    - spacious - balcony - small bar- location - good breakfast

    - old furniture - old bathroom - not enough pillows- old bed not very comfortable

    6DiogoPosted on: 10-4-2025

Good location. Big beds. Nice staff.

The room wasn’t properly clean. Had dead bugs on the walls, a hair on the toilet, dust and pulled down toilet paper. We asked in the front desk to change the room because of that and were promptly moved to a new one. This one smelled like it was recently cleaned and even had a new toilet paper, leading us to believe the other room might not have been fully cleaned. However it still had dust and the bed sheets had a stain. The furniture looked old, the bathroom pipes were all showing, the table and chairs in the balcony looked old and cheap. The pool was much smaller than the photos in the listing lead us to believe. For a 4 star hotel it honestly was very disappointing.

Proximity to the border of Gibraltar AND the cleaning lady was so amazing about changing the sheets when my water bottle leaked on the bed. Mucho Gracias.

The loud music into the late hours of the night kept me awake. Otherwise no complaints.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I truly appreciated all the staff's kindness and professionalism. I have been on full board the breakfast, lunch and dinner is of good value.

This would be hard to press. I will say the TV.

    8ZoraidaPosted on: 9-16-2025

The location is wonderful with free overnight parking outside! The room was well-appointed with a balcony and view of The Rock and the marina!

It’s a big hotel and the furnishings in the public areas and lobby seem insufficient.

    8AnnaPosted on: 9-12-2025

Excellent location for a visit to Gibraltar facing a lovely wharf location.

The hallway where our room was located was looking tired with scratched up walls and worn out carpeting.

    8SwingenPosted on: 9-8-2025

Standard rooms, great location, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to bus station, beach and heading into Gibraltar.

    Older furnishings could be updated.
