very clean, great staff !!!

Rooms were very small but expected. My wife and I thought the restaurant could be used better. better food and service. Maybe rent the space to a restaurant.

Walking distance to the mall

The room size, no shuttle and no laundry on site.

Great for airport. Fab pool,good polite helpful staff, nice room, good bathroom.

Very limited menu which could easily be increased to include quick food for the weary traveller

The room is too small, so is the bed.

Good location, good staff and facilities.

The hotel staff were charming and helpful.

I was disappointed that there were no kettles or cups for making tea or coffee. Also, the room was not replenished with bottled water.

The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast had good choices with a nice setup and a dining area with a view of the outdoor patio/pool area was a pleasant touch. The room had a comfortable bed and end tables with convenient plug-in choices to charge phone and gadgets. Great parking availability!

The room was quite small, and unfortunately, the TV wasn’t functional during my stay. It advertised there is a safe, but there was no in-room safe, fridge, or amenities to make coffee or tea, which made the experience feel rather limited

The Hotel facilities were above expectations, for a quick overnight stay, close to airport this is ideal. The food was an unexpected surprise, we enjoyed an excellent salad and pizza

We stayed at the Ibis mainly because it's overall very wheelchair accessible. Ramp in and around the pool area, elevator, super good. great location — it’s super close to the airport, shopping mall and city centre which makes it perfect for anyone catching an early flight. A big bonus: free parking on site!Another major plus for us was that the hotel is dog-friendly — that was a key reason we chose it. The pool was a lovely surprise and definitely a nice touch for a short stay.Breakfast was solid, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes.

We stayed in Room 01, which was adapted. However, a note for anyone with reduced mobility or needing physical support: while the room itself is accessible, the shower design is not ideal. Their seating is in the same space as the shower regulator, poking you on your back, u will turn the shower off many times and it's not usable for someone who doesn't have abs. This isn’t really the hotel’s fault — it’s a poor design choice by whoever created the layout and labeled it "accessible."

Breakfast & location

They advertised our room as a one bedroom with an extra bed. The extra bed was a chair that not even a child would sleep on.

This hotel is perfect for a one night stay close to the airport. It was a 6 minute drive from the hotel to the rental car drop off location. 24 hour restaurant, nice swimming pool, cute decor, super friendly staff.

If you are looking to stay here multiple nights for leisure, the location is not great and the rooms are small. But absolutely perfect for the last night before heading to the airport.

I would recommend this place if you are looking for some relaxing time, and be close to all the places. The staff are amazing very friendly and helpful on your needs.

The only thing I was not too impressed was the breakfast buffet the, the person in charge was not very friendly. But overall the food was good and their coffee bar excellent.

Nice facility, clean, modern, with friendly staff.

Drinks were way overpriced and food was prefab-not actually cooked in house. We wanted something more for our last meal in Portugal...ended up using Uber Eats.

Good hotel with helpful staff. The room is comfortable enough… They serve food that is reasonably priced. Decent breakfast, too.

The location… while it’s not terrible, and it is accessible by Uber and taxis, you’ll certainly rely on them to get around. Aside from that, the facilities do properly reflect the given star rating.

there was an overpowering floral smell being blown into the room thru the bathroom... I could not sleep due to irritation in my throat and lungs.

Very near Faro airport, 10 euros for a taxi transfer. Very affordable. Room quite small, but functional, very good shower. Breakfast is plentiful with a few sorts of breads, scramble eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, cereals, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, etc., swimming pool is great although in April the water was rather cold. Smiley personal. When your flight arrives late, this hotel is the perfect solution.
