Pure Formosa Concept Hotel

Very nice hotel and the staff are somewhat helpful.

The parking for this hotel is horrendous. Good luck with that. As I spent over --- for my booking, there was never a complimentary drink, coffee or breakfast. The breakfast had to be bought with booking.

Excellent hotel in convenient location for both the station and seafront. Big clean room, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff.

Excellent stay, clean, new, excellent breakfast and staff.

Very comfortable bed.

Small room with no view.

Excellent location. Fabulous rooftop pool and lounge/bar area. Great staff. Clean. Modern. Good breakfast. Excellent find. Would return.

Very modern, well situated, friendly staff

Staff are amazing! incredibly friendly. Great location in Olhao which is a beautiful spot. Pool area is lovely, very chill with nice easy music from 12pm onwards. Food is great in the pool bar and they do amazing cocktails. We have been back two years in a row and absolutely would go again.

What a delightful hotel on the nicest street in town. Convenient to waterfront and to train station. The staff was lovely; very helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooftop bar was a nice place to enjoy the sunset. I thought the wooden floor in the shower was a nice touch. Staff gave very helpful restaurant suggestions.

The placement of the shower bar was inconvenient. I kept bumping the faucet handle as I tried to use the shower. Also the placement of hand towels on top of bath towel was inconvenient when attempting to access bath towel.

Close to main area with resturants and bars. Nice swimming pool on terrace but quite small for the dimension of the hotel. Helpful staff and well organized. Helped with the main parking areas

No parking if everything already got taken from other customers even if I checked in early morning.Specific slot for breakfast and if fully booked the time you want to go then you need to pick a different timing.

Very clean, simple hotel. Staff is really nice and helpful. Room is simple as well and functional.Breakfast was excellent.Good location and next to the pretty little streets

Tv was in an akward position on the wall but not a big deal at all.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough! Out of our trip thru Portugal and Spain, we are so happy to return here for our last night! The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff, great rooftop bar with views of Cathedral and Bay. Parking on street easy. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance!

Loved everything!

Great location, rooftop bar and pool exceptional, staff, especially Jessica, was very helpful with recommendations for our stay

The hotel is obviously on the newer side and is well kept and clean throughout. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. The breakfast had so many options and everything was fresh. There was so much fruit to choose from. We took advantage of the rooftop bar every night. The staff was always so nice and the views incredible. I highly recommend this hotel.

All was good!

We enjoyed breakfast and the rooftop bar. The hotel staff is great … well informed, efficient and friendly providing excellent customer service!

Manuel checked us in thoroughly and gave us lots of information, then called us to tell us the room was ready early. Loved the central location, not far at all to walk to plenty of restaurants and the harbour front. Lovely rooftop bar and pool, with relaxing vibes and nice cocktails.

Whilst we were there, the country suffered a power outage for eleven hours. Whilst this was in no way the hotel’s fault, we felt they could have helped guests a little more. The staff appeared unhelpful when guests asked advice for how to get food or drinks and were unwilling to offer any of their non perishable stock to assist and make the situation less stressful for guests who even offered to pay or have items charged to the room. We felt the management could have considered setting up an emergency ‘tuck shop’ to aid those who were having difficulty obtaining basic amenities during this usual situation.

Location is good walkable to restaurants and ferries. The rooftop views and bar lovely

Nothin

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and such a lovely roof top pool and bar. Couldn't get any better for a trip to lovely Olhao.

Rooftop pool is the highlight here with amazing views and a very relaxed poolside atmosphere.

A fantastic location and a few minutes walk from the marina. A lovely small boutique hotel with a scandi feel. The roof bar and pool are lovely as is the breakfast dining room.

Location and style and staff where super friendly and professional.

They had a pool bar and pool on the roof.During the day the bar was not open. So, for example, you could not have a coffee in the morning on the roof. This seemed to me like a missed opportunity to drive more revenue in the F&B area....and add a further relaxing experience for guests..
