Staff is polite and helpful.

My order was not in the system and it took long time to solve the problem.

I like the design of the hotel, the location is good, cleanliness, comfortable bed, breakfast

- I booked buffet dinner but when I went to the restaurant at 8 pm, I was surprised that most of the food finished and not been topped up, so I lost 22 rials with our having dinner. - I booked double bed room for two adults, but unfortunately the provided facilities is only for one person such as brush, tools, chips slipper

The staff were very helpful

We ordered dinner from the room service using the code on the TV, the order was in progress for ages until we had to call and cancel it.

Good facilities and good restaurants.

The pool water was a bit cold, and the hotel is a bit far from all the main attractions.

Overall, the stay was good. The rooms were nice, but the reception area was crowded and we had to wait.

Pool temp was not controlled.

Facilities are decent for the price

We had an early international flight departing from Muscat. I asked the front desk what time they would recommend the shuttle take us. For our 5:30am departure, they said 4am would be the suggested time. So we scheduled for 4am. Their shuttle was 15 minutes late and it took longer to get to the airport than I would have expected. Additionally, everyone in Oman is very kind and friendly with the exception of the shuttle driver. He was borderline rude, as if we were causing him an inconvenience by engaging the shuttle service. When we got to the airline desk to check our luggage, we literally only had 3 minutes to get it all processed before the luggage check-in deadline. It was very stressful and due entirely to the front desk recommending the shuttle pick up time and the driver being significantly late. Due to this reason, I would not necessarily recommend staying here. The whole reason we stayed here was proximity to the airport and shuttle service. If we would have missed the baggage check-in deadline that would have been absolutely detrimental for our travels.

Will make sure to never come back

Impossible to get an invoice. Crown Plaza asking to request Booking (which never happened before!) and Booking claiming only hotel can provide invoice. Now they just ignore. In room dining: line constantly busy. Not possible to order! Small gym.

Frendly staff nice restaurants

The distance too far from the city , and the night club is just work on friday not every day

I liked the hospitality and convenient location.

The shattaf was broken, and the TV was a bit tricky to manage when it comes to casting media to it.

The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our visit. The facilities, especially the pool and common areas, were excellent.

Our room was booked without breakfast, and when we decided to add breakfast during our stay, we were not allowed to pay directly at the restaurant. Instead, we had to go back to the reception, wait, make the payment there, and then return for breakfast. This process was not very convenient and felt less professional compared to the rest of the hotel’s great service.

the room automation was the only negative point which was really negative, we totally confused , when we wanted to sleep all symbols were confusing and some of them not working .

I booked shuttle service for coming back from hotel to airport at 4.00 PM but it was not available at requested time. This was main highlight from booking.com. They called the driver, but he did not show up. After 20 minutes of waiting i arranged another transport myself.

We stayed for a night as we were passing through Muscut.The rooms are of decent size .The breakfast was delicious .

The beds were not very comfortable.

Location is incredible Cleanniess at highest levelCrew are professional Team leader support us and showed more hospitality.

Pool was little hot due to weather , timing.

Clean, spacious rooms, and the bestest bed and pillows I have experienced in the recent times!Special mention to Ms. Priya who handled my check in and kudos to her for being so observant and caring, gave me an early check-in being an IHG Member and ensured I was satisfied to the fullest. She's an absolute asset with her genuine caring attitude to all the guests and no matter which hour she greets with her wholehearted smile!What Stunned Me Even More is this Young Enterprising Omani Gentleman Mr. Ammar who went the extra mile in making my trip extremely memorable, comfortable and was very kind in taking me to places, explaining the history, culture and passionate about his country's transformation. Crowne Plaza Oman, you have a leader in the making in your hand in the form of Ammar, invest in people like Ammar and sky is the limit. His attention to details, timeliness, being proactive with guest requirements, always wears a vibrant smile and his kindness is contagious, I will visit Oman only to experience such warmth and affection.Enjoyed Charm Thai restaurant dining, authentic Thai Food and Mosaic Restaurant Breakfast (huge spread and delicious).
