Modernist, Good location and nice view.

Location and staff were great. The place is overall beautiful and we really enjoyed the services. The bar inside the hotel is also awesome! Overall great experience. The only downside is that it's quite expensive but really worth it!

Staff, facilities, restaurants, rooms, location, all very good. Special thank you to Daniela, whom made our stay even more enjoyable through her kindness and warmth.

The doors are slightly noisy and make a loud sound when they bump shut. Although the entire staff was always very attentive and kind to my 2yo, giving him balloons and lots of attention, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for families with little ones, besides the pool, there is nothing for the kids to do.

Amazing Breakfast and the food in the various restaurants was superb. The pool and gardens were absolutely incredible and the property was spotless. Very high class throughout and without doubt one of the best we have stayed in throughout the UAE.

Not much to be honest. It is an expensive hotel for drink but then so is all of Oman.

Everything is great in general.

I struggle to reach there since the GPS shows their hotel entrance from the beach side, not the roadside. Therefore, I ended up in a huge crowd and traffic in very narrow streets that made me struggle and waste time to reach eventually. They must look into this as their guests are being misled with the wrong directions.

Exceptional Housekeeping: A major positive was the room service, which was very well executed, with service provided twice a day. Everything in the hotel, in general, was very clean.Wonderful Breakfast: The morning meal was a definite highlight, offering a wonderful selection and quality.Nice Rooms: The rooms themselves were nice, although on the smaller side.

Atmosphere: Despite the high-end appearance, the overall atmosphere wasn't as expected, feeling not so young or immediately welcoming.Views: Guests should be aware that requesting a sea view might only result in a minor partial view of the sea.Dining Options: The hotel felt lacking in variety with not so many options for restaurants. The famous Buddha-Bar was enjoyable and visually great but felt a little boring in terms of atmosphere.Drink Prices: Be cautious with your bar bill, as the prices for drinks are extremely overpriced.Significant ConcernsSecurity Staff: The experience with the security at the entrance was disappointing, as they were perceived as unprofessional and even rude at times, which is a significant area for the hotel to address.

The bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality of ingredients. Some staff (especially at Harvest for breakfast) were courteous and friendly. The hotel had a bold and contemporary design aesthetic. The bathroom was spacious and had some high quality finishes.

Our arrival at the hotel was unusually poor. We had difficulty finding the hotel due to unclear/missing signage, and we had to circle the block a few times to find a way in. On finding the hotel we followed signs to hotel parking, but we were told by reception on check in that we should have parked out by the front door for valet parking- perhaps I missed it, but this wasn't clearly indicated anywhere. The staff we interacted with on reception and at the valet didn't seem welcoming or friendly on the occassions we interacted with them.One main issue with the hotel during our stay was noise. Throughout the entire afternoon there was unncecesarily loud EDM music playing in the pool area, which put me off using the nice facilities. We decided instead to stay in our room and keep our balcony door shut, but could still clearly hear the music. We were also informed by staff on check in that there would be a DJ event at the pool from 9pm-2am, but this actually went on until 3. Again, the music was clearly audible in our room- if you're a light sleeper, you'd have trouble getting any rest or relaxation here.Perhaps it was our poor experience on checking in, but there seemed to be a number of minor issues that grated. The clock in the room was wrong, the Lobby wasn't marked on signs for the elevator, the air conditioning was unresponsive, etc. While none of these are major issues individually, for a hotel at this price point these basics should be covered.Given all of this, the hotel felt rather overpriced. There were some nice aspects to the room and hotel overall, but given the issues we had, we were left underwhelmed.

W hôtel is everything you expect from a 5 stars hotel! The rooms are confortable, clean and beautifully designed! The staff is extremely friendly and professional! The location is very good; you can enjoy long walks in the morning and the evening at the beach! The pool is beautiful! The sidartha lounge by Buddha-bar is a great place to have dinner and drinks while enjoying the beautiful music and view!

I appreciate the interior design of the room - it just makes you feel that you have traveled to Oman. It’s authentic, beautiful and hip. The amenities are very good too. Char is a beautiful restaurant.

1. Whoever answered when I dialed 0 while I was sick and was looking for Panadol was quite unenthusiastic about customer service. There must be no hotel nurse in the property. I was asked to order from Talabat. When Talabat arrived they hesitated about delivering the order to the room. 2. The hotel should also have a policy against people who reserve the cabanas by the pool, those who place their belongings at the beds without actually being there. Believe me, they turn up after 11 am while other guests are actually there by 9-10 am to enjoy the morning swim but are unable to have the chance to experience the nice cabanas where they can order in drinks and have a decent bench, shade and table.During bfast, I was asked to pay for bfast for the 2nd adult in my booking. I thought i paid for 2 adults with bfasts when I paid. I requested for a call to clarify this and no one reached out which is also disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, the manager Joel Mod was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we enjoyed every moment until the day we leftLoay, one of the team members, truly impressed us by finding and returning an item we had accidentally dropped outside the hotel entrance it meant so much to us! The hotel’s location is in a luxurious area, the facilities are stunning, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessThey even surprised us twice with birthday cakes for my wife, which made our stay extra special

The arab modern architechture, the location of the hotel was perfect and very central. The bed was also very comfortable. The reception also arranged for us transport and allowed us to do late check out. The breakfast service is very good and pretty much had all options available.
