Sun City Hotel

It's a very convenient hotel thanks to its location right in front of the Ruwi bus station and close to the taxis. It’s an affordable option for the area (even though it’s not yet high season). The rooms are simple but comfortable, with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The room size is adequate for a practical stay. The staff was very kind and even offered me a room with a double bed because of my height, which I really appreciated.

Every year I stay in this hotel while on the way to MUSCAT AIRPORT. EVERY YEAR same problem. Lack of cleanliness.last year room full of BEDBUGS. This year's room is full of small ? ( cocorochus). Attacking from all the corners. VERY BAD. Now these insects transferred to my homeland INDIA FROM HOTEL SUN CITY

It's in a strategic location right in the centre of town. It's a small hotel but very convenient for one person or people visiting Muscat for work. Amiable and helpful staff, not the least

The beds are comfortable. Washroom likely clean. The staff especially the front desk is very badly treating customers, behavior is not good. Lots of attitude. online payment option is not available at the property. Pathetic service at the property. I would not recommend the property.

Location was very good, right next to the bus stop from where you could go to the different important places in the city. It was good place for one night but rather not for long stay. The staff was nice.

Everything is old, and the room is cramped. The fridge keeps making loud noises. Also, the noises of other guests taking shower are quite disturbing.

Some of the employees are very bad... I guess, they simply have no knowledge of what is customer service! 2 employees were playing cricket in the corridor of my floor in the evening ? So I complained to the reception. One employee felt sorry but the other one was laughing at the situation! Very disrespectful! Luckily the next day, I was able to talk to a more responsible employee that contacted the manager about the situation.

Localisation - bus connection with the airport, close to the Muttrah. Staff is very friendly and helfpul, The bed was comfortable. Good value for money.

We had 2 bugs in our room. The bathroom wasn't cleaniest. Poor wifi connection.
