Amenities, good rooms , very nice location , pools and the staff is wonderful.

Not a kid friendly hotel ( no amenities or activities for kids ) , and restaurants are good quality but it’s overpriced .

Every detail of the resort is beautiful and curated. We loved the clean and elegant design of common areas and rooms. The 3 swimming pools were all nice and with different styles and - despite the peak season - never too crowded. The food experience was impeccable, with even a simple grilled fish being delicious. We also appreciated the super well equipped gym, with stylish design and lighting. The service was attentive and high standard

We loved everything of this hotel. The only detail not impeccable was the elevator close to the Setai Pool, where our room was located, that was very slow - we always user the stairs instead

Facilities, gardens and pools were all beautiful and well maintained. Service was very good. The breakfast buffet was was expansive , varied in cuisine and quite excellent.

First room given was terrible. Its the smallest. Didnt care for it. The receptionist was great and we had the chance to upgrade.

Every time we consulted with front desk the process too an extremely long time for no apparent reason. Checkin took over 15 minutes and we were the only ones checking in at the time, it was past 10pm. This needs to be more efficient

Place very quiet, right choice for relaxed time to spend. Staff very friendly, ready to help and assist. Choice at breakfast as well as menus in all restaurants must satisfied all guests.

Only minor thing: too soft beds.

Food prices were certainly excessive on property.

The time between 10am-12pm you’re unable to order any food. I tried at a pool and they said nothing was available except coffee. It was very disappointing that there were not fruit platters, nuts or even smoothies offered during this time. Especially? If you go to breakfast early. I was told to go back to my room and order something. For such a high end hotel I expect to be able to order snacks while I’m relaxing around the pool.

Staff.. including the Omani girl working in gift shop, she was helpful and friendly.Multiple pools. Nice beach.Amazing birthday cake. The best chocolate cake I've had.

First room we had was terrible. I would have gave the room 4/10, it was very small. Bathroom in rooms hallway. Shower didnt feel clean. AC dripping water and didnt work well. Blinders didnt do much. Just bad experience.But thankfully that was only one night. And I upgraded my room. To much nicer 9/10 experience. i had nothing to complain about.

Amazing staff and excellent service throughout the hotel. The pool area is exceptional, especially the chlorine-free long pool and the overall view are beautiful and well maintained. Even the cleaners were outstanding. A special thanks to Naher, Nasser and the superhero Mahmoud for their exceptional care and attention.

Everything was superb, but I would love to see more healthy food options at breakfast.

It’s an older hotel and although I like the style, the rooms and the restaurants will need some renovations soon.

We arrived a little early, and were checked into our room with no issue. The rest of the day until 4pm, when we had a tour booked, was spent just relaxing around the hotel having a coffee and cake and walking along the beach path. We enjoyed the beautifully calm atmosphere with the water features, the breakfast offering and variety was superb. Always very friendly and helpful service and the swimming pools at the end of our second day (100-meter pool) was absolutely amazing and we stayed until well after the cauldrons were lit. The room service updates were exceptional.

Very quiet in the evenings, exceptionally maintained facilities, breakfast was top notch.

Design and facilities of the hotel are amazing. Even though the hotel is more than 20 years old, everything feels modern and up to date. Friendly staff, very helpful and amazing food options.

Compared to similar hotels in Oman (Jumeirah, Shangri-la etc.) the location of the hotel and the beach are not as nice. The beach is clean and access only for hotel guests but the views, the water etc. are not comparable unfortunately. Also something to consider is that food prices are very high (i.e. a salad costs min. 20EUR), however portions are quite big.

An exceptional hotel with beautiful Omani décor. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and truly stunning, offering every comfort you could want. The adult pool is equally impressive. From start to finish, it was the perfect weekend getaway, and I can’t wait to return.

There is everything to like when staying at the Chedi. Its amazing reputation is well deserved! From the driver at the airport, the concierge, check-in, pool staff and the waitress who was run off her feet yet looked after everyone so well, every moment was made to feel special.

Facilities and amenities were comfortable and clean. Mr Pandiyan from the Serai Pool , Mr Suresh from the restaurant, and Mr Nasser from concierge section were very helpful, warm and welcoming throughout the stay.

Everything! We had a n amazing time at The Chedi Muscat in late August & the staff were all very friendly, cooperative & helpful. Form Sultan who checked us in to Adil as the concierge, Bulushi at the pool restaurant, and Morris making sure we were all taken cared of.
