Pricy food ?

The staff were great! Specially Hakeem at reception. Breakfast is great, the seafood buffet dinner is the best I've ever had! The private beach is great, the view is amazing! overall a fantastic experience!

everything was incredible, location, services, food selection and quality, most importantly, staff"s friendliness and desire to provide outstanding service.

nothing. It was a perfect experience.

Location..sea view...staff

Room so smallRenovation makes room inner decor smaller to move inBed too high...need to climb to sleepExpensive comparing the value of stay

Breakfast was delicious, the view was amazing, and the food at the restaurants were really good. The staff was super friendly. The hotel even has an on-site nurse!

Bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade (low pressure in the shower).

Great breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff is really doing perfect job. The beach is beautifully located between the rocks. There are tennis courts, table tennis, gym and sauna. Very family friendly.

The scenery was breathtaking, with the sea situated between two majestic mountains. The kids loved the swimming pool, making it a perfect spot for family fun. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and taxis were readily available, ensuring our convenience throughout the stay.

A downside was the lack of seating near the kids' pool, making it difficult for parents to relax while watching their children.

location, view, meals

sauna very poor, was not hot neither the hamam

Fabulous property with a private beach and some of the best and friendliest staff I’ve met while travelling. The restaurants - particularly Shiraz and Come Prima - were excellent and they constantly went the extra mile to accommodate our toddler daughter and make her comfortable. We stayed for four nights and can’t wait to be back again.

The hotel is situated in a bay which is so nice. It is quite calm. The breakfast is perfect. But diners should absolutely be tried. The food is served based on various themes which changes day by day. But our favorite was seafood nights. That’s why we’d like to thank the chef.

There must be a solution to dry the swim suits outside of the rooms.

Quite possibly the best hotel that delivers stunning views, luxury, amazing amenities, beach access and outstanding food

Breakfast, pool, beach was fantastic. Its a really good place to relax.

Nothing, everything was good

Beautiful beach, green lawn, pool and sea view. Everything is perfect for a stay in Muscat.

Quite expensive

We had an unforgettable stay thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff! A special shout-out to Mahdi and the amazing team for going above and beyond to make our trip to Muscat so special. The Thai-style fish curry we had at the restaurant was absolutely out of this world — one of the best dishes we’ve ever had! The sunset views from the pool and the sea were stunning and made our evenings truly memorable.

The staff was very helpful and it was clean and nice

The price was very high

The location is really great, the view especially during/after sunset is just magical.

The renovated rooms look lovely. We are just not fans of the bathroom concept with glass “barn doors”, which doesn’t block any sound.

Dinner, Pool and Room was Good. Breakfast was OK.

Very friendly staff - specially Riswan from Front Desk. Food was good and well maintained property. Overall, had a great stay and will recommend it.

I asked for an bill but they said they cannot since it was done through booking.com, now i am stuck how can i claim my expense
