Unbeatable location. From the room, you step out onto a large terrace with a view of the sea.

Little bit outdated hotel but for this price...

The location is ideal, restaurants & beach are accessible

The property is undergoing major repairs of swimming pool. The night clubs in hotel can be a big problem sometimes

The location is very good excellent indeed few meters from the beach. There are nearby restaurants, coffee, shops, which serve very good food. A mini market also is available in the mall nearby.

The property was very badly maintained. The elevator was not working. There were some insects and I even saw a small lizard in the room. There were very strong smoking smell in the corridorDon’t expect the standard of a resort. Everything was bad apart from the location and the staff.Breakfast time start at 9 AM, which is not convenient for everyone.

Beach front. Just 1 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurant and coffee shops near by.

Good size clean room and bathroom.Comfortable bed. Easy access to Qurum beach.Very helpful and hard working gentleman at Reception.

The fact that it’s part of a nightclub. The Thursday night we spent there it was a club night so loud music until 2-3am so difficult to sleep.

the club in the complex was noisy in the night and the entrance and outside of the complex looked a little worn out

Good location! Beach front place! There are many restaurants and cafe around hotel.and can go by walk to Royal opera. I feel safe area. Hotel stuff were very friendly and kind. Good time for a walk on the beach.

Hotel and Room a bit old. It was hard to open the door to balcony. Unfortunately we saw small cockroaches twice, once in the bathroom and once in the room. The balcony was a little uncomfortable because people from other rooms could walk through it and I couldn't leave the window open.

Check in, the stuff was very friendly.

The towels were dirty. We asked to change the towels, but the receptionist still brought dirty towels. Coffee wasn't available, the kettle was broken, the walls in the room were dirty.

I liked the location of the property and the view from the room. The room was spacious and nice too.

I did not like the bathroom much. Also the construction work going on behind the property was a bummer.

Reception wasn't at the desk most of the time. Overall look of the facility wasn't as expected.

Perfect location, but would benefit from renovation. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was great, right next to the beach and near a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. The room was also very spacious and well equipped with the amenities.

It was a bit noisy at night but it was because it was near a bustling area with lots of restaurants and cafes.

The location is just perfect, near the beach and some great restaurants. Also the staff is great, they are helping a lot

This is a building with a shisha place, nightclub, night restaurant until late at night. With earplugs this is not bad at all, or you have to enjoy the night life. But we knew this before we booked our stay.

Don't stay here

There are parties at the hotel basically everyday and the rooms get very noisy. Also, our room smelled super bad and there was humidity everywhere in the room. The internet is quite bad... I thought it would be value for money, but next time I'll just stay at the Intercontinental near by. It will be double to price of this "resort" and it will be worth it.

The position of the hotel is amazing, the view is ethernal, and team is very friendly

Unfortunately there was an accident and water fluid the pool, that’s why there was no pool and the territory was under construction. By it will probably finish it soon

??First of all - people: the guy who welcomed us - Francis - is just amazing and always very helpful! As well as the rest of personel.?️ Second - location: it’s just in the heart and of the Qurum beach and many food spots are near by. Intercontinental is just in front, so on the beach you will have a nice multi-culti quorum ??? Rooms and hotel itself: Clean. Old construction but inside the rooms brand new toilets and showers - which is the most important for us! Overall hotel is big and I can just imagine how cool and full of life it was just a few years ago! I wish to such places all the best and prosperity!?? Club: yes, this hotel has a club on other side, but! Or this is we’re lucky or this is the case, but there are no disruptions during our stay at all! I think you just need to avoid Friday/Saturdays and this will be your best stay on Muscat beachside! ??

Comfortable, spacious and clean room, good wifi, hot water all for a very good price! Very helpful staff, esp. David cares about us excellent!!! Amazing sand beach in the front hotel, caffes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended to all, hope to be back soon. Zuzana & Lenka (Czech Republic)

The location is great and the staff members are very kind and helpful.

This is supposed to be for familles but there is a night club and some bars with live music on site. It is extremely loud until at least 3:00am every day.The belly dancers and their security agents don’t care about hotel clients and lived loudly next door to our room, using the terrace in front of our rooms to enter and exit, smoking all night.During the day, an hotel swimming pool was under construction just in front of our windows starting at 7:45.David, the manager, was so sweet and apologetic, helpful in any way he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
