In my 40 years of travelling have never seen a hotel not having enough bath towels even 2-3 star hotels and very poor communication standards of the night shift managersp pop pop pppp

after reserving room on booking.com, i started receiving many Emils from holiday inn on my email to confirm check inn time, which got me confused a bit

At the time we booked the rate was low and it was a very good value for money we were impressed by the quality of the accommodation. The staff was very friendly.

Excellent breakfast buffet, well located. very clean, hotel staff was helpful. Close to al-Mouj beach.

Friendly staff. Nice and confortable room. If you can get the room under 50 OMR it will be a good value for money.

Very clean, great facilities and super helpful and friendly staff. From the room cleaner, gym, restaurant and bar everybody was friendly. It seemed genuine warmth, so credit to them all. I want to especially mention the restaurant/bar staff Hassan, Milan and Shila who are a great credit to the hotel. They deserve a special mention for their warmth, kindness and professionalism. Great facilities all round with good gym and lovely pool. İ tried 6 different meals off the menu and all were really nice, so credit to them chefs.

Some nights the corridor music was a little bit too loud, even getting close to midnight. It was turned down when I asked at reception and it was only twice in 14 days.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I have no hesitation to recommend the hotel. Thank you

Chair where I need to work and sit was not comfortable at all, I asked them to change but they said every room has same chair. So because of chair , I changed the hotel to Maani which is really good.

Location is excellent. Customer service was very good, F&B was really good too.

I’d recommend the towel racks are raised a bit higher in the showers. Currently if not careful you can hit your head. Other than that everything was very good
