Great location , clean rooms and good amenities

Really bad service. Requested a crib and never got it , requested for an iron box never got it and morning time picking up phone at the reception is very rare.

The stay was amazing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant.

Nothing to complain about — everything met my expectations.

Location is convenient for work and leisure. Most importantly the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, hotel facilities is beyond exceptional. The staff is always ready to support my requests. The a la carte option helps with night cravings after the buffet closes. Good variety for breakfast, and they take special requests. Lovely stay, as usual

I always stay in Kyriad whether for work or leisure. The most convenient Hotel in Muscat, close to the center and only 10 mins away from the airport.The staff is very welcoming, the cleanliness is excellent and the mattress is comfy.

The location

The room service and cleaning was not done at all during my staying period even though the room makeup request is displayed on the room door. The cleaning staff refused to clean the room until they receives an official request from the hotel reception staff to clean the room. On the last day I was still in the room and they opened the room and entered without my permission and even the don’t disturb note was reflected on outside the door.

I have stayed multiple times in Kyriad, and honestly speaking I’m so happy to come across this hotel. Very professional, welcoming and kind staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is exceptional with a wide variety of selection. Location is very convenient and close to the center. Value for room and hospitality is worth the pay !

All fine; perhaps the water in the shower could be a little hotter and the windows cleaned. Dirty with sand, but this did not detract from our stay. Quiet location.

I really like my stay here. The place is clean, comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The location is also pretty good. Not too crowded and not far from Azaiba Beach. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely consider coming back. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and decent place to stay.

The receptionist Abdurahman was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He was very very helpful, he made me feel like family and would help me solve problems as though they were his problems. He even invited me to his wedding!

My next door neighbor was very loud. The glass door in the shower had a leak and made the bathroom floor wet

The time I booked and spent waiting for the room to be ready for me was not worth it paying the amount of linked room door it’s wasted I checked out 40 minutes after hearing the noise next door ? linked room it’s unacceptable to me

It is new hotel but not worth it.

* No cleaning unless to ask them to clean every time multi times.* The room was not clean at the first day.* They are very stingy for all the things which you can get on other hotels without even ask (water, coffee, towels, ..).* The staff is careless even when they saw I placed trash bag in front of the door, they do not take it away.

It said I had sea view it was not. There was nothing around to take my child. The internet was so bad I had to pay 45 pounds. I left 2 days earlier because of the inconvenience I had at the hotel. Not much options for breakfast too.

Its clean, good location, friendly staff and very quite place.

The hot water in the bathroom needs more than 30 minutes to heat.

We actually booked this hotel through the booking app and received confirmation of the booking without paying the amount. When we arrived at the place in less than half an hour, they told us that the booking had been cancelled.
