Aloft by Marriott Muscat

Staff very helpfull supporting the guest & warm welcoming. Nice breakfast

Basement parking location don't have clear direction from the hotel Lobby

Best Value in ALL of Muscat. ALOFT is OUTSTANDING in every way. From Fitness Center to Top Floor Restaurant to the Morning 5 OMR Buffet Breakfast to the ROOMS themselves, it is ALOFT is ALOFT!

i liked everything about the hotel

i did not like that Booking.com price is similar to hotel price. because i asked the hotel about the price and i compared to booking.com and booking.com price was much higher while it should be less not to say much less ?

Amazing place and our Wedding Anniversary experience was amazing thanks to the amazing staff Miss Zeyana and Salma

The amenities, its friendly staff. I arrived a bit earlier than the regular check in. I did not expect to be checked in earlier, but Miss Marwa at reception was very kind to assign me to a room. The breakfast buffet is available for a little fee, and it has a lot of options for everyone. Location is very handy as you’re close to a lot of the things in the city.

Absolutely exceeded expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, and the location was perfect – quiet yet close to everything. We loved the personal touches and will definitely be back!

The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable in our room on 5th floor ?

This was my second stay at Aloft Muscat, and the experience remained consistently pleasant. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with a convenient location for accessing the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, The Sultan Qabous Grand Masjid, Bousher, and Ghala, and it's less than 15 minutes by taxi to the airport.

The entertainment atmosphere promoted in the hotel felt out of place compared to Oman's conservative cultural identity. There were repeated advertisements for the bar, nightclub, and alcohol inside the elevators and the room, which did not match the local Islamic and Arab context.

the room is spacious and nice

its not the type of hotel i like to stay at, the colors are too loud

The hotel is good

When we stayed there it was noisy, we don’t know if they were doing some renovation in rooms near ours but we couldn’t sleep well, at 8am they started with the noise.

Breakfast is good and room size is spacious

There was maintenance work in 1:30 am non stop knocking and they didn’t stop until couple of residents complained.Bed sheets are not changed during the whole stay and there is no paper request you keep on bed in case you want to change them.Bathroom maintenance was not the best as when the shower runs the water leaks outside to the room and it required couple of complains to fix it.The club us very noisy and you hear the music even in higher levels and if you want to sleep you have to put ear plugs which is not comfortable to wear if you are not used to it.

Modern hotel with nice and spacious rooms. Well equipped gym with view and great pool on the roof. Location not super central, but everything is easily accessible by car/taxi.

Location and cleanliness.

Noise from connecting room.

Modern and cool place, very responsive staff, good price

Wifi is quite insufficient

Cleanness, room size, animalities provide in the room, staff was vey helpful, breakfast was amazing, extra beds for my children was good, every thing was good

The location is not good for the one who does have a car. Also, the disco noise, I booked room with breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children’s , and booking.com offered me free stay for my children, so my expectations to find free extra beds for my children, but when I checked-in the hotel charged me for extra bed, I explained to them the offer mentioned in the booking.com but the hotel receptionist said that is booking.com mistake and I have to pay for the bed, I sent a complaint to booking.com customer service but they never reply to me, I am really disappointed from booking.com.

Very chic. Very clean. Very modern.

In room dining experience was not the best.

I loved everything about my stay at Aloft Muscat. The room is very spacious with an open design that feels modern and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, the room was spotless and clean, and everything looked brand new. One small detail I really appreciated was the blackout curtains — I like sleeping in complete darkness, and they kept all the light out perfectly. The check-in process was smooth and very friendly, which gave me a great first impression. I also liked the convenience of the underground parking with two floors.I tried the pool — it’s small, but very chill with a good vibe. The lobby has fun activities like a pool table, and upstairs there’s a burger bar. Also the hotel has a club XYZ, which has a DJ at night.Overall, Aloft Muscat feels lively, modern, and welcoming. Everything about my stay was excellent, and I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.

Nothing I didn't like.

location is near industrial area which worked well for me

pillows and bedding can be improved...also adding espresso machine would be great

Very clean and spacious. Quiet. Good breakfasts. Location wise - close to the airport. We choose this hotel as it was just 15 min to Daymaniyat island. Hotel is located just 5 min from super authentic Omani restaurant - Rozna. 10-20 min from main beaches. You should have a car to stay there or else use taxi.We would stay again.

The breakfast Buffett certainly achieves top tier status! Lovely staff, excellent chef and kitchen. Very highly recommended to have breakfast here even if you’re not staying at the Aloft Hotel. Chef Chendu thank you for your delicious omelette! Rajesh and Ali for your exceptional service!

The location is in the middle not for from matrah and other places also not far from muscat airport i did like the staff most of Omanies they are friendly and helpfull

Maybe bigger rooms if the room is booked for 3
