IntercityHotel Bawshar Muscat

Very good facilities, location near from the airport

They held a New year eve party but even hotel guests had to pay an extra cost

Everything indeed. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant setup was great. The underground free parking was very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks and had a very comfortable experience overall. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. When I mentioned I was sick, they thoughtfully offered complimentary ginger, lemon, and honey tea, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was good, and the team were always happy to give helpful suggestions, both inside and outside the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well suited for a longer stay, with plenty of storage space. Housekeeping was attentive and generous with coffee, tea, and toiletries. The location is excellent — close to the mall, which is easy to reach on foot during the day. The shuttle service was well organized and reliable when arranged in advance, and especially convenient in the evenings, as the walk can be quite dark at night.

Friendly Stuff, Excellent rooms; clean, spacious, Excellent value for money, under ground parking, 5 mins from Mall of Oman.

Gym needs more upgrades and additions, room dining ends by 10 pm.

Located next to Grand Mosque and Oman Mall, polite and attentive staff, comfortable beds, good coffee for breakfast

Dust on shelves and under beds, fridge was broken

Good location and clean

The staff reception Saheel wasnt very helpful, i asked if he can arrange to merge the beds as king size is not available he refused immediately and said it not gonna be possible yet Ahmed immediately take action for request. Also the smell of the lobby

Location is good

Mattress was little tough and window is very small in the morning no sunlight you should open the etc light otherwise you will be in dark

Good staff and breakfast

Issues in the bathroom, like a leak from the shower head which makes the water pressure less than usual. And the toilet button is not working properly.

staff

smelly rooms and lobby

location

the nasty smell at the lobby and small rooms plus the decor is so 1980

I liked the location. Next to the best shopping mall in Oman and very close to Sultan Qaboos Grande Mosque.

I wish the pool stayed opened past 6 pm.

The room is exceptionally spacious, new and clean, the bed is so confortable, the staff is very collaborative, educated and super nice, the price is very reasonable, i liked returning to my room in the evening it felt so cosy, i highly recommend it.

Location and facilities

The staff specifically the receptionist he said the system is down but in fact the room wasn’t ready he let me wait for long time while am seeing him checking other guests in.Also he never asked me if I want a smoking room or not, he gave me a smoking room and I asked them to change it for me as I have Sinus allergy but they ignored my request.
