Location is great but the service didn't reflect .

Breakfast below expectation. Room kettle bottom section rusty not cleaned with proper detergent. I asked for replacement early morning...no follow-up. Lack of commitment from night personnel

I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel and the warm reception upon arrival. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very cooperative and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay

Overall, my experience was excellent. There were no major issues, only minor details that didn’t affect the quality of my stay.

First romm i was put in has wiered layout, hard to watch TV. Next night ivwas put in a different room and AC was not working, woke up 3AM and couldn't sleep after that, moved to 3rd room, The bed was too hard, like a rock, couldn't sleep again, it is listed as a 4* facility, but it is not. The manager confirmed it is a 3+ ( I don't know what that means).Finally checked out and moved to a different place.

Moldy smell from the AC unit, dust filled fan in the bathroom, broken chair in the room, REALLY nasty window! Which affected the beautiful view.

1. Boor hotel management 2. Ten receptionist gave another guest my room key “ double room booking” and the new guest open the door at mid night while we are sleeping 3. I have requested for additional blanket and staff brought the blanket at mid night

It was the cheapest 4 star hotel on the booking.com site at the time of the reservation.

How can this hotel be a 4 star hotel? The cooling system is very loud and old and needs more than 40 minutes to get the room cold. No parking, No Iron, No hair dryer, No laundry bag, No Hangers and every other basic commodities provided even in a 3 star hotel is missing unless you ask for it several dozen times and still, it’s provided reluctantly. The main staff ( other than the front desk people ) speak zero English! For each request they had to go back and forth more than 3 to 4 times to get it right. Spend a few rials more and save yourself from the headache and a sleepless night at this self declared so called 4 star hotel.

Location is good price is fine

The smell of old place Emergency light starts all of sudden and disturbed my sleep then I call the reception who send 2 persons separtly to fix it .. it took around 50 mins .I was pissed off coz i was really tired

Its a good Location next to the Mosque and silent.Mot much restaurants on a walking distance. Recomended for the people who travel by their car or u can also Rent a Car.Hotel is good and neat with Good Staff around.

Should Have more marking area.

Awesome, outstanding, courtesy of staff, cleanness, quietness, relaxing, great for retreat, work, big rooms, 24-hour service, good internet, magnificent masjid in front with beautiful adhan call, nice gym, jogging/walking around the masjid, taxi service. Bravo

I didn't like to leave ? but promised to return!

Bath room is in very bad shape..no shower cabin. All water floods in bath room. Sink and taps shaking. Unfinished / poor quality tiles with white cement put hapazord way . Low quality furniture like camps. It's not 4 star as listed. I will give 2 star .

The location of the hotel if you have your vehicle, is good.

Breakfast was not good, very simple and not good quality. No parking and you have to park your car outside.

The gym in the basement is great! It had everything you needed to get a good workout.

The bathrooms areas were terrible. They were disgusting because the toilet and the shower were only a foot apart and were behind the shower curtain together. And There were brown water stains on the ceilings of the shower areas. I am not accustomed to this sort of thing at all coming from the U.S. - Especially with a hotel considered 4 stars! The hot water ran out within minutes of being in the shower.

Breakfast was ok, waitstaf was polite. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast provided and a cafe onsite for later in the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. My room had a view straight to the beautiful mosque across the road. Shower was great. Plenty of bottled water provided. Great to have a swimming pool. A nice vegetarian cafe, Sprout, is nearby.

It’s in a developing area above the city so not a lot of ‘buzz’ and it’s not walkable to other sights. I feel like I missed out on just wandering to explore.
