ROZANA HOTEL

Very clean, definitely more of a 4 star hotel at 3 star prices.

Driving in Muscat is a big challenge, and this hotel is both central and sometimes hard to get to and from if you're not used to the city driving.

The property is very disturbing, and the front desk manager, Aliwa, is not cooperative at all

The property is very noisy due to ongoing repairs. From early in the morning, around 7 AM, there are disturbing sounds that make it impossible to continue sleeping. This is not my first stay here, but it will definitely be the last. Every time I hope the situation has improved, they tell me that there are still repairs. I asked the reception for compensation by extending or delaying the checkout time, but they did not agree

The location of the hotel is very good surrounding it a lot of restaurants, shops .. the staff was all cooperative and really very helpful.. the area very clean and the place is great and quiet.. thank you so much to all employees at Rozana Hotel ?

Every level on the hotel has smoking smell, they gave me non smoking room but the smoking smell all around the rooms.

I have an issue with the sink in the toilet Called the staff 3 times in reception every time they responded that they will send some one with no luck over 90 min

Egyptian guy asked us to wait for check out.We waited for almost 15 mints for check out.

Hotel manager was very attentive and helpful. Location also positive and great service by their staffs.

My second stay, very good location, close to shops , cafes & restaurants, cooperative staff , Clean good size rooms, strong Wi-Fi signal, availability of free car parking

Hot water wasn't working perfectly in the shower, but it was warm enough. ( Room 402)The YouTube disconnected suddenly (Room 402)

Service and some staff was very bad Management very very bad I asked to contact manger more than 3 days no one contact me

The hotel is good value of money. Whatever you need is so close to hotel just by walking you can reached. Only what I face they are so late to make room ready. I wait more than 45 min only to give 1 extra bed & crib!!
