Jumeirah Muscat Bay Oman

Spectacular location and facilities, staff incredibly nice and attentive, great beach

If I really have to find faults then I would say the choice of wines was disappointing (besides proves which seem to be outrageous everwhere in oman)

Location was good, facilities were clean and nice

Place was over priced

The place is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and overlook the beach. The food is varied and the customer service is above excellent.

I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and very comfortable, well-equipped rooms. The staff were outstanding—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They arranged a scuba diving trip for us and even connected us with a taxi driver who became our driver for the whole trip, which made everything so easy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d love to come back.

I think that having a restaurant with Omani food would be great It’s always disappointing to find yet another Italian restaurant at a place with such a rich variety of local food.

The beach , staff and atmosphere

The food

The location is very good, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, clean, the staff are professional and friendly, the atmosphere is so relaxing and nice

The only thing that upset me was the food service at the beach was very very slow, if the hotel worked on that it would be the best

The spectacular view from the hotel room. The breakfast was also fantastic!

No female only gym,no jaccuzi

Nice resort in excellent beach . the Omani staff was very good

Not all the staff was friendly with us

Amazing experience , the staff are friendly, the property is very clean and new

Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Everything was perfect.

The location is conveniently close to Muscat, but feels isolated and away from the city. Elegandt and modern design, several restaurants to try and the landscape is beautiful.

Everything was great

Facilities were great, staff very nice. Breakfast had lots of varieties. Pillow selection and Amouge bathroom kit were added value.

I liked everything except for the swimming pool water need to be cooled, weather was very hot & pool water was hot ? Hot water in the bathroom took around 5 minutes if not more to arrive.

Great amenities. Great service. Good breakfast options. We had great time. We will visit again the staf so friendly khant in the breakfast restaurant iman and her staff also

Marvellous. All the best luck

the weather and rooms size are perfect

staff - we have a butler for our room but i saw his face making fun of me when i asked about the complimentary things with the villa - i told him to send me all thing s he was talking about in whatsapp because my head was not ok after the flight and i just arrived

Its was the one of best hotels i have been .. very friendly reception.. clean facilities and room .. delicious breakfast.. i will choose the same hotel for next time visiting oman

the view

your bed mattress is very very HARD , and the bed pillows is very thin , and the minibar fridge is very hot

Location is breath taking

The furniture looks bit old although the hotel is considered new!! , food options and quality needs to be improved

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel—it was conveniently situated near everything I needed, making it easy to explore the area and get around. The surroundings were beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere of my stay. On top of that, the hotel’s services were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything from check-in to room service was smooth and professional. It truly made my experience even more enjoyable.I would really like to thank Marj for her amazing amazing service with me. Nawal for his amazing help at the reception. !! Much much amazing staff and help. I wouldn’t also forget how they got me and after Sun because I got burned and they took really good care of me even though the clinic was closed

Truly lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful , clean & lovely location. Staff where all very pleasant , inviting and caring. Room was large , clean and lovely amenities. Special mention to the beach staff who all are lovely and friendly and making sure your well looked after as does the manager at Breakfast time . We dined both nights in Anzo, food was truly lovely as was the drinks, quiet and lovely ambiance and of course the service from Arman was impeccable, highly attentive , very welcoming and friendly & truly He couldn't do enough. His service & hospitality made a lovely trip wonderful!

Nothing, it really was a faultless stay

From the moment we arrived, we were completely spoiled by the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made this trip special – we felt like VIPs every single day.The food was absolutely fantastic, offering a delicious variety that exceeded our expectations. The beach was clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing, while our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. While everything about this stay was exceptional, it was the staff who truly made it one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back very soon!

Unfortunately, the bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as we had hoped. While we truly appreciated the extensive pillow menu and the effort to cater to different preferences, we still had a bit of trouble getting a good night’s sleep. This was a minor downside in an otherwise incredible stay.
