Very good location, friendly staff, quick respond on any request. If you want the most quite room, ask for the room in the middle of the hotel. There is no window to ouitside, but no outside noise from street and corridor around your room. Very quite. Bed is very comfortable to sleep, duvet good quality.

Some rooms requires refreshing but generally Ok.

It was really dirty , bad smell comes from A/C and it was disgusting because it wasn’t also any windows to open up so at least I could breathe So poor , everywhere was so dirty and disappointing

The reception was amazing, the staff were friendly, professional, and helped me with everything I needed quickly.

My stay at this hotel had some issues ?.The lock on room wasn't working properly, which caused some concern.Things I wasn't happy withCracks in the walls of the room need fixing.Hope they sort these issues out for future guests.

Location is Good.The studio has a good design and enough space.Special thanks to Mr. Mizane at the reception, the only staff member who genuinely showed care for customer service and consistently tried his best to help and find solutions.

We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM after a long drive from Dubai, but the studio was not ready, so went out even though we were tired and needed to rest.Before booking, I read reviews on Booking and Google Reviews, many of which mentioned cleanliness issues. The hotel repeatedly responded that improvements would be made. Unfortunately, the same problems remain.The room was not clean: dirty walls, unclean kitchen cupboards, and a fridge that needed cleaning. The sofa bed was so dirty we had to call staff to clean it and cover it before use.The kitchen was also poorly equipped, with no utensils, plates, or cutlery. We had to follow up with reception just to receive basic items.Overall, the hotel is aware of these issues but has failed to address them. A big disappointment!

I have booked studio for the first time in this hotel , unfortunately it was very bad experience as the studio was very disappointed . Dirty bed , bad smell, very old furniture everything was not clean at all . it seems that the last service was very long back . Nothing was good. However, I have booked king guest room more than 2 times before, and the room was very good and clean . Not like this studio. I dont recommended it at all for families or couples.

The omani receptionist is excellent, well spoken and excellent personal relationship

1. Always 1 towelling kept instead of 2. 2. Always cannot play youtube on the TV unless staff called in to put settings. 3. Always no Glass and tea cup unless you request.

Room: The bed was decent and the room had a nice view of the city, but that’s about it.Facilities & Location: Good location near Mall of Oman. The pool was quiet and usable in late April.Staff: Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness: The floor (a type of fixed carpet) didn’t feel clean, and the hair dryer had noticeable stains—definitely not up to standard.Noise: The AC was incredibly loud, like an airplane taking off. When I mentioned it to reception, they said all rooms are the same—so if you're sensitive to noise, this place is not for you. The window also didn’t close properly, and outside noise was very clear. Room service couldn’t fix it.Breakfast: Nothing impressive—just average.

Towels caused extreme discomfort and itchiness. I have stayed here before and have had a wonderful experience. Not sure why it happened this time.

Maybe this is my sixth time staying here; I am very comfortable in this hotel. The air conditioning is cold, and it is not noisy.

Nothing was good starting from the staff behaviour to the room clearance and the hotel facilities all bad

The check-in staff in the evening shift was quite friendly. The hotel only had around 10-15 members max working as staff. and only 2 house keeping staff for the entire hotel. The price which I paid for along with the location of the hotel made sense. Parking was not enough as there were only around 10 slots for the entire hotel all outside on the street. The basement

The cleanliness of the rooms were really bad. Rooms had a foul smell especially on the sofas. The sofas in the studio had stains of some sort along with the fridge having a very bad odor. We requested for a non smoking room but there were cigarette burns in the carpet, sofa and bed. Our room did not have a window which was a first but smell of cigarettes came in through the ac vents. The whole floor had a no smoking sign yet smelt like smoke. The kitchenette came with no utensils or dishes to use. The gym was pathetic. The toilets in the lobby were seen to be far better than the ones in our room ! Overall a solid 4/10.

They didn't agree to change from standard double bed room to twin bedroom.

Nice and spacious lobby. Comfortable main king size bed. Good pressure in the shower.

We booked a room for 3 and at the check in (around 19h) the room was not ready for 3 people but for 2 only, they gave us the key saying that soon someone will come and prepare room for 3rd person. Upon my question why it is not prepared for 3 already if we booked and paid this way, the receptionist said that they only prepare 3rd person upon check in. This is a very weird approach and inconvenient for the guests. When a room service came to prepare the couch for 3rd person (adult) they only put a raw blanket (no duvet cover, not even duvet) and a bed sheet. Man asked us to take the pillow from the main bed... We claimed that we paid for 3 people and want a proper bed linen, so he unwillingly brought a duvet cover for the blanket and an extra pillow. Felt like sleeping on a campsite, not a hotel. Also no 3rd set of towels, we had to beg for everything for a 3rd friend even though we paid for 3 people's room! We had a kitchen (booked a studio) but there was no accesories in the kitchen, not even 1 plate, no cutlery, literally empty cupboards. What is the purpose to have kitchen though? When I called they say that they can bring plates. I asked for 3, they brought 2. Really they did not want 3rd person in the room. Room was very dark, the only window in the living room was facing a huge wall of other building that was super close by, so we almost did not have a day light in the room. Cleanliness was below average, we found some old chips on the carpet that was dirty in many places. Also carpet on the corridors is very dirty, old, unwashable stains I guess. This hotel looks good from the lobby but all the rest is old and pretty dirty.
