The Secure Inn Hotel Muscat

Dirty rooms. No wifi functionality in rooms. Racist and rude staff at front desk, unhelpful and racist.

Reasonable prices

Got a room facing the wall , absolutely no daylight . Loud music from 2 bars top floor & first floor .

The rooms are comfortable, large for families, and clean.

The hotel has a bar and disco, and a very annoying sound for all rooms, as well as many smokers smoke in rooms and corridors, which is very annoying for families.

Rooms are very spacious. Good location.

Bathroom has to maintained well. It's very noisy during night from the DJ party sounds.

The staff were friendly and the room was big.

I didn’t feel safe there at all and left after two nights of a planned ten day stay. The hotel is not secure at all, anyone can walk off the street and go anywhere in the hotel. Night was the worst.

Everything, including the roof top bar. Exceptional staff

Annoyingly loud music from the club

The room was so dirty and stinking that I actually could not sleep there. I left and they refused to refund me the room.

The bathroom was dirty, the carpet was dirty.

The staff were friendly and so very helpful. The menu and n the room service was great. The property had a very nice place to relax and dance and great breakfast.

Nothing in particular.

Nice room service food and pleasant staff.

The pool was closed

Nice hotel to be honest. They gave me a room that didn’t match my expectations. The receptionist was so kind to upgrade my stay

Lack of bedsheets

We had a great experience during our stay at Secure Inn Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist us whenever needed. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here, and the team made it truly special. Our daughter loved it, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Thank you, Secure Inn Hotel, for making our family trip memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to visiting again!Special thanks to Saurabh from F&B dept.

Not expected night

I got connected room with another room and there was huge noise and knocking the door the full night until morning. In addition there was a calls during night to the hotel telephone.

limited option and poor quality

noise i did not sleep on night, there are two disco and very high noise, mattress very hard and made back pain, the carpe very old and has bad smell, the sump for shower not drainage the water, only one lift and you have to wait for it long time, prostitutes were present in the hotel and openly offering their services shamelessly, the rooms were not soundproof, and i could clearly hear loud sex noise coming from the neighboring room.

From the beginning was ok while i checked in.Then i went to 808 I was surprised that if i sat in VIP table they want be sure my bills will be 40 riyal?!What a rules?!So what guest can get!?They should think of hotel guest first then the walk in guest?!Its my first and lastnot recommend

AMAZING! We felt so safe and living up to its name, Secure. Staff were exceptional, food was fabulous and it was just brilliant all round.

Other than the heat which is no one’s fault, nothing. But then staff accommodated by lowering our air con.

The stuff is good. This hotel is not for families. There is a club downstairs and it is so loud in the room because of the music. The re will be noise of drunk ladies and gentlemen from downstairs as well as people have loud making love at 4 in the morning . The location is good though

Horrible night with bed bugs, rooms are not cleanIn general, while trying to sleep I found a bed bug close to my son head. It was 2 amThe receptionist manage the problem as a usual complain (OK I'll give you another room)All of the night I was checking my kids to find any thing around them in the other room which also wasnt too cleanHorrible night

Staff is very kind and supportive. They upgrade us without additional charge . Moreover, they allow for late checkout till 6 pm with additional 5 OR only . In the restaurant, team provide us IFTAR for free which show their kindness and hospitality.

Location was decent albeit a bit inside Ghala. Quiet place, with fair amount of parking available outside. Liked the fact that they upgraded to a suite room, although its more like a upgraded deluxe room.

Breakfast options can be expanded. Seemed limited overall. Facilities are ok. They have a small coffee shop below, as well as an Arabic nightclub, and a spa.
