Very decent hotel, excellent location and helpfull staff, big spacious rooms

Street noise late after midnight

Very well and beautifully furnished room, comfy beds and good-sized bathroom. The staff on duty was welcoming even if not very friendly (it was very late at night!) but ready to listen and helped us a lot with some issues we had. Then, there was no warm water in the bathroom, he sent up someone to fix it immediately.

location could be better. There was a traditional bakery around the corner where we were able to buy some bread and sweets, but we couldnt find a cafe nearby to have breakfast.

Big and front view room. The location is accessible to all you need.supermarkets, atm machines, restaurants..

Nothing at all

Location is pivotal

Staff are very attentive and welcoming Rooms are wide and nicely furnished

Clean and everything worked. Polite staff.

Wifi was not great. Spotty.Cleaning the rooms could have been more quick rather than later in the day.

The young oamni man in the reception is super friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice with beautiful view. Tasty breakfast. Clean beautiful rooms.

The breakfast is very small. Not alot of options. Barely any fruits or vegetables and fruits were not ripe.

Location was perfect. Quick check-in and check-out processes.Receptionists were very cooperative.

- No housekeeping for the rooms, as you have to inform the reception by daily baises (You have to ask for someone to collect the trash cans) ?‍♂️?‍♂️- Car parking slots were very limited, not big enough to accommodate the guests cars.- Mattress was tough.

CleanFriendly staff

Breakfast was poor Location is average

I didn't have breakfastThe location is great near everything Staff friendly and professional

I liked everything

I had a pleasant experience staying at a hotel. The location is good lots of good restaurants and the supermarket nearby. The hotel room and ambience were clean and the staff was helpful.

I would like the hotel to be more flexible with the meals options. Because of my flight timings i missed 2 breakfast and i requested to swap breakfast for the last day with lunch or dinner day before but the request was not honoured.

Not clean. The walls are disgusting. Bad smell from the bathroom. Dust in the corners

Great and nice stay in this city hotel the view from the rooftops pool was nice. The room size big and all facilities are working well.

The carpet needs to be cleaner.

They upgraded my room to premium which was very spacious and comfortable Staff are polite and friendly

Neat and clean and situated in Main muscat city

Basement Parking is not available, 1st come and 1st serve option only

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing. Very close to Sultan Qaboos mosque and Royal Opera, also quite close to the old part of the city, and some 20 minutes away from El Mouj area. The staff was very polite and friendly, offering coffee and sweets from the minute we came to the hotel, and also gave us an upgrade for free. There is a parking in front of the hotel, as well as underground. Many restaurants and small shops can be found in the area where the hotel is located.

Some minor things- there was an air conditioning noise every time it was on. Also, the shower door couldn’t close properly, and there was some unpleasant smell from time to time in the toilet.Apart from that, everything else was great.

Nothing, because I did not stayed in, the receptionist wasn’t helpful and she said I can’t stay in the same room with my foreign wife.I was astonished about this rules in this hotel, which was not mentioned in Booking.com site or in hotel websites

Massive room, very friendly management, good location and free parking.

It’s in a busy area, so backing out of parking is a little scary.

Location is very good. Huge room with 2 king size beds and very cooperative hotel staff

It was not a great breakfast.but it was as good as a normal one.The hotel lobby background music was annoying And repeatedly played .

Bathroom need some repair, there wasn't any cup , glass and plate in the room.
