    Pros +

    • It is beautifully landscaped & well maintained. The architecture is lovely. The staff is very attentive & friendly. Overall a good experience.
    • The hotel facilities were very good and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. The evening entertainment was good and kept kids entertained. Room was comfortable and spacious. Food at the hotel restaurant was tasty and had alot of varieties.
    • The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, the variety was somewhat limited but sufficient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable WiFi. The swimming pool was well-maintained and enjoyable, though the hotel lacked additional facilities. The magic show was fun for the kids though very short. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the wildlife area.

    Cons -

    • The oriental cuisine on the à la carte menu was disappointing—both limited in options and poorly made. It’s best to stick to the Indian dishes, which were much better. The spa is also quite expensive. There isn't a lot to do after the safari.
    • The bed was a little soft, and the internet was slower than expected.
    • The rooms are totally run down: TV’s and fridges not working, air conditioners rattling like trucks, communication prior arrival was so poor we’re missed the chance to go to Tiger Safari park on dedicated day. The last bit was breakfast without proper coffee - dedicated barista offered instant coffee sachets.

The room was a great size and very comfortable. Afternoon tea out on the lawn each day was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was extensive, with an omelette station.

The bed was a little soft, and the internet was slower than expected.

Absolutely not a five star hotel!

Good cooperation with local travel agents also last minute.Excellent supply of tea, coffee and cookies before safari and in the afternoon.Very good selection of hot authentic food - keep it that way. No unnecessary tourist stuff on the buffet and all safe.

English skills are okay and likely above average for locals.

The hotel staff were exceptional from start to finish. The rooms are showing their age a bit but that doesn't detract from the charm and beauty of the place. The restaurants outside of the hotel didn't appeal to us so we ate in and really pleased we did. The food was some of the best we've had, try the Dal with garlic naan! Pushpendra managed the restaurant and looked after us very well. We only stayed for two nights but wished we stayed longer to enjoy the facilities and restaurant. They arranged the jeep safari for us and as we saw three tigers we were delighted. Worth checking what zones are open when you book your trip as the lower number zones appear to have a better chance of seeing the tigers.

    All good

Hotel looks very nice, once you walk into the room the expectations start to lower. The smell of the rooms is a thing... modest stay overall for a high price. Staff is fantastic!Local food is very rich and nice.

    Not a lot.

The cleanliness of the whole place is very poor and seriously needs improvement. Chairs in the restaurant were stained and dirty the staff are not very friendly and always reactive rather than proactive. Rarely make eye contact. At breakfast no explanation of what’s available, how it works etc. Thee was a function during the day , my corridor was meant to be a silent corridor from 10.30pm to 7.30am. All I could hear was staff talking loudly , moving trolleys along the corridor. Many people had come for the wedding the next day. They were noisy , rowdy , bkasting music and kids dreaming and running around. I kept asking the hotel staff to get things under control but they wouldn’t as the guests who were causing nuisance were clearly nee important than anyone else. They didn’t have the bottle to asks the guests to settle down or they will be asked to leave. On the contrary, we were told if we weee not happy we can change hotels by all means with no charge, bearing in mind it was nearly midnight!!I was told I could speak to the manager at 9am when he starts. I waited but the manager didn’t turn up for duty in time. They called him but were told he’s going to shower!! I was offered a 50% refund. Still no refund and still no call from the manager. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The restaurant is amazing. Really good spread for breakfast. For lunch and dinner we took the a la carte option which didnt disappoint. The property is beautiful. In the evenings they have tea and snacks set out for the guests on the lawn with traditional artists performing.

The ambience and the musical evening..The barbecue and bar were very good

The food was a BIG letdown..It was way below average..We could have considered the hotel for a destination wedding in the family but food is a big letdown

Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast and Dinner was satisfactory. Room and furnishings are okay

Highly overpriced. We were there in late Dec and it was cold and there was no heating in the rooms. When we called the next day, they brought in portable heaters.Hot water is not available until 7AM or so - not suitable for early risers.Breakfast room doesn't open until 8AM or so - not helpful if you are planning to Checkout and drive to Jaipur in the morning. The bathroom furnishings are basic and old.We paid more for the room than JW Marriott in Delhi - so felt ripped off. If you pay much less, then maybe your expectations will be lower. It is a good 20min drive to the safari entrance so you have to account for it in the pick up and drop off times.

Value for money, staff was super friendly ?

Bed for deluxe room; however it was much better in thematic suite

the staff are amazing and very friendly.

the pool area needs more shades and lounge chairs and tables. better wifi connection

The staff was amazing; we had a health issue during our stay and they went far and beyond to support us (going with us to the hospital, finding tickets for us to go back to Delhi, and making follow up on my health). The property is nice, clean, and has the facilities needed for the visit to this little town. They have live music and tea at 6pm that I thought was a nice detail

    Poor

the total price was not mentioned on the email sent by booking , the hotel charged a different amount on arrival(double the price shown).

The bathrooms need Maintainanence and the property need some renovation

    8RiteshPosted on: 11-1-2022

Nice ambiance plus good evening program like magic show and Dj at dinner

    9vidhiPosted on: 9-7-2022

It was a great experience to stay with the family. Loved the ambience and activities that they arranged for all the guests in the evening. Royal place with value for money.

The variety of food items served for dinner buffet can be better. There was also no one to guide with respect to travel and sightseeing around the area.
