I like the location, but the room was without airconditioner, very hot and humid. In the room they had a fan that is very loud. The good thing I had earplugs that helps a lot! The place is rundown.

We stayed at the accommodation for two nights. The shared spaces (bathrooms and kitchen) were great and well equiped ? There were two bathrooms and one kitchen for all guests, which was enough. In the kitchen, there was also coffee, tea, muffins, and some spices for cooking! ?

The only problem was that if someone went to the bathroom at night, it was very easy to hear from the room.

Clean, convenient and fairly quiet considering it’s central location

The kitchen was spotlessly clean and well equipped, even providing coffee for travelers to enjoy in the morning.The bed was super comfy.The only challenging part was to get into this property via Self-check-In, we struggled a bit to find the door.

No special wibe. the place is a big basic flat with many private rooms and two shared bathrooms. you can hear others. Fare enough for the money.

You will not be able to store your luggage before or after check out as the entry key only works from 15:00 to 11:00. This is very inconvenient.

The location was convenient. The cleaning staff were nice. I would rate the location as a 4 out of 5 but the set up, reception and management staff, 1 out 5….horrible.

Had trouble checking in. No one was there. I never received their email information. Upon arrival, after ringing and waiting half an hour by the door, I met a neighbour who helped me reach the hosts. Their entrance code for your room as well changes every time you extend your stay. So you have to re-learn again. Never met the hosts but they were watching us on a camera. The rooms had no heat, I got sick. I could not leave as planned so I notified them ahead of time that I would renew my stay. When I woke up to do it, they had rented my room...Still Sick, I had 30 minutes to pack with no late checkout and leave or pay the price for a second room which they just doubled that day. I had little choice but take it. While waiting for the other room to get ready, they sent the maid to get me because they could not see me on their camera. I stayed there for more than a week. They knew I was a mature person, safe, quiet, clean and took good care of their place. It felt like we were watched by IA, checking out our every move on camera. Other guests commented it was creepy too. I left the next day and found through your site, Villa 46 Hostel, which is superior in quality, more reasonable in all levels and very friendly. I own a vacation 5***** suite in Vancouver. I would never treat people that way…Very weird setup. I suggest other nice hostels with friendlier, more helpful and courteous hosts.

The place is very nice. Everything cleaned and new. The kitchen is well equipped.The staff is very attentive and friendly.I recommend it if you wanna enjoy a good stay.

Well equipped kitchen. Central location.

Very noisy road. Very thin walls, so you can hear everything in the room next door. Cleaners come in very early every day around 9h.

This place was perfect, close to the main strip of shops and restaurants, and the beach. Only thing missing was a washing machine. Free tea coffee and muffins greatly appreciated.

The location was good

BEDBUGS!! I reported this to the owners. They acknowledged this, but not their own responsibility. They helped me with a different room in a different location, but that was mediocre. I asked for help with my laundry but the owners were not helpful at all. They were not taking responsibility for the situation. I was very disappointed.

The location was good. There is a good empanada shop a few shops down. Tea and coffee and some snacks provided in the kitchen which is quite nice.

I did not like how rigid they are with the check in and checkout times. Also that they only provide the door access code. For someone like me who is not good at remembering numbers, I have to bring my phone to the toilet just in case I forget the code and cannot get back into the room.

Great value for money - the nearby center of Lagos.

A bit noisy doors, you can hear everything at any time :)

The location was great, central, short walking distance to the town centre and quiet at night. You can see the sea through the window. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need.

The room was very dark and small for two people, ok for 1-2 nights if you just come back to sleep. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared, one of the bathrooms has a window which does not have a curtain and is facing to a neighbouring building's windows.

convenient location between old and new towns within 12’ walk to the bus station or beach. Professionally managed and maintained place as I noticed they’re fixing small issues in the bathroom and cleaning shared space even every night. Good value for the money.

Shared bathroom with daily service. Kitchen with free coffee. centre with most you'll need lies within a minute stroll.

Rooms facing street can be a bit noisy late night. Some rooms seem to be poorly soundproofed.

quiet area of town.

noise in the hotel itself: people showering at night, spending ages in the common shower/wc, slamming doors etc. cant blaim the hotel, but young people seem to don't give a damn.

Washrooms were clean and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was very well equipped. Several good places to eat nearby.

Self checkin was not great. Took a while to actually find my room. Single bed is very narrow in a very small room. Small space and thin walls means you hear everything going on outside your room.

Everything was perfect: the position, the room, the shared bathrooms and the kitchen. Each room was perfectly clean. The city centre is not even 10 minutes away. Totally recommend.
