the hostess gave us the most amazing warmest welcome ever and looked after us beyond that too.

location could be nearer the town centre but if u have a car or even a bike then its perfect. the only other minor issue was the tv didnt work but didnt really need it.

Friendly staff, very relaxed, unstressed, helpful and kind. Small kitchen was great. Pool close to room was great.

Pool, good location, near two beaches and the lighthouse.

It was a quiet, tucked away location in a beautiful neighborhood, yet still close to all the beaches and pathway to Pointe de Piedade.

The only drawback - we booked two rooms because we are a family of 5. The rooms were not next door & that’s not even a possibility.

Extremely clean room, clean and refreshing pool, nicely manicured property grounds, friendly and helpful staff, and perfect location!! (short walk to Praia de porto mos, ponta da piedade boardwalk, and short drive to old town Lagos)

The staff was perfect for the stay. David checked us in and came by to see how the stay was going. He gave great recommendations on which beaches and restaurants to visit.

My recent stay at Canavial I was absolutely wonderful, exceeding all expectations! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere and beautiful surroundings created the perfect escape. The accommodations were clean, offering comfort and space. A significant part of what made this trip so exceptional was the incredible help and kindness of Teresa. She was an absolute gem, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with arrangements, or simply offering a warm and welcoming presence, Teresa's helpfulness truly enhanced my entire experience. Her attentiveness and genuine desire to make my stay memorable transformed a great vacation into an unforgettable one. I can't recommend Canavial I, and especially Teresa's assistance, highly enough!

The room was nice and spacious, our patio was huge. It had a nice little kitchenette with everything you needed. It was in a great location! They had a pool and pool towels and umbrellas which were awesome! The staff was great. Nice neighbourhood

The shower made a bit of a mess, but compared to some of the showers we had in our travels it was a treat!

Easy check-in with plenty of free parking around the apartment.

Very Spartan like with everything in the room. If you need it, you're going to need to bring it. Very outdated and looks like updates saved all expenses. Pool is smaller than the pictures, and can only be used when it gets warmer outside as no heat.

Amazing facility in a quiet area, very clean and cozy. Beautiful garden with a swimming pool. Quick access both to the beach and to the hiking area.

The lady at the reception was welcoming and very nice. Calm place, great location, and easy parking. Would stay again!
